SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Sleeps (8) (No more than 6 adults recommended)
- 1 KING BED in the MASTER SUITE located on the main floor which also includes electric fireplace, in suite bathroom, and flat screen TV.
-2nd KING BED bedroom is an open loft that includes a king bed & trundle bed with 2 TWIN MATTRESSESE as well as the air hockey table & mutlicade.
- 1 QUEEN size pull out sofa is located in the living room

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Theo's Bearadise! My favorite part was sitting on the deck to drink my coffee, enjoying the peace and beauty of being in the trees. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and games!

Great cabin in a peaceful resort neighborhood!

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was a short drive from the main town which makes you feel right at home. Very peaceful and quiet as well, just as a cabin in the mountains should be. The cabin was very clean and the owners are very responsive to any questions you have.

Very Lovely!

Very nice cabin! Clean, and comes with all necessities!!! Owners provide app for all info, which is extremely handy. Kids loved having a pool nearby, and the games at the cabin.

Location, location, location!!

Our stay at Theo's was amazing! I was really impressed with the location to everything we wanted to do while on our much needed vacation. We were never further that 10 minutes from all the shopping and dining locations we had picked out. We spent a considerable amount of time on the back deck and in the hotub enjoying the scenery and being close to nature. Should we plan another vacation to the Smoky Mountains, we will for sure be choosing Theo's again! Oh and be sure to check out The Old Mill Creamery, one of the favorite treats of the entire trip!

Two thumbs…or bear paws up

My kids loved our stay. We were in town for a Ripken tournament. This cabin was close enough to the craziness of Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to feel like you were out in the mountains. Our kids loved staying together in the loft, playing air hockey, and were able to use their PS5 they brought on the tv up there. My wife and I enjoyed watching sunsets on the swing on the back deck. We are homebodies and made dinner at the cabin multiple nights. The cabin had everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals. The grill on the deck was clean and easy to use. Hot tub worked great, and the kids also enjoyed the community pool and putt putt. Definitely recommend this cabin for a family of 6 or less.

Really enjoyed our stay at Theos Bearadise! Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do wheter it was hiking to waterfalls or just going to grab a bite to eat. Hosts were super responsive when we had questions. Great place for a family getaway!

Family friendly cabin near Pigeon Forge

We had a wonderful stay at Theo’s Bearadise. The cabin was very clean. The kitchen had all of the supplies you need to cook meals. The kids loved the mini-golf course on the resort. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy driving roads to get to the cabin. We really enjoyed that the cabin is in a gated community that has a pool and mini golf course. Cabin had everything we needed. Good communication with the host.

Great Service!

We arrived around 8:00PM to a cabin that wasn't clean. Housekeeping failed to get the cabin ready for our 4-night stay. I reached out to the owner, and they were very quick to act. Thankfully, they had another cabin in the neighborhood that was vacant on our first night and they sent us over there. It was a much bigger cabin and was really nice. So, I was very impressed by their quick solution. Their customer service was great. Theo's Bearadise was as advertised and worked out well for our family of 6. We have 4 boys 10 and under. The only drawback to the second-floor bedroom is that it is a loft, which is open. Once we put the boys to bed, we couldn't really spend any time in the kitchen or living room, at risk of waking them. Otherwise, everything was great, and we would definitely rent from them again!

Great Family Stay

Theo's Bearadise was exactly what we needed for our long weekend trip to Pigeon Forge / Garltlinburg. It's far enouugh away from the main strip to feel like we're sleeping way up in the mountains...but close enough to make activities worth the trip down. Loved our stay!

Very Nice property

This cabin is very nice. We enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple issues I sent message and got a quick response, and the issue was resolved. The parking is tight for all cabins in the area. We drive a Honda Odyssey and parked it fine.

Fall Vacation in the Mountains

Perfect place to stay for a vacation in the smoky mountains! The owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with one of the arcade controllers not working, I let him know and he sent someone out to fix it asap which meant the world to my kids. The cabin is clean and well-equipped and the perfect size for our family of six. The views are excellent and the amenities were great. We will be back!

Fairly Nice

Very Nice cabin and well equipped. Fireplace in the master bedroom did not work and the multicade that my daughters were looking forward to playing could not be used due to the joystick only working in 3 of 4 directions. Had to kill a couple of bugs in my shower and there was some dirt and hair in the bottom but overal the unit was very clean, neat, and had plenty of quality dishes, pots, pans, and small appliances.
