3 bedroom, 3 bath Penthouse level condo in the Island Royale Tower on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. From the east corner balcony you have unobstructed views of the white sandy beaches and aqua blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Enjoy the beautiful city lights of Gulf Shores at night!

Newly redecorated in December, 2022. This luxury condo has ceramic tile floors, high ceilings, crown moulding, stainless appliances, granite counters, and designer touches everywhere!

You'll love the layout! This condo has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The main living area features a sofa bed and ample seating, 50' 1080 DP, 60HZ TV, dining for 6 and a breakfast bar. Triple sliding glass door leads to the balcony and allows incredible views from inside and out.

The Gulf Front King Master Suite features 32' flat screen TV, and its own private bath. The double slider opens to the Gulf Front balcony and provides a stellar water view.

The Queen Master Suite features a 32' flat screen TV, and private bath with glassed-in shower. Enjoy the views of Little Lagoon and Bon Secour Bay from the balcony.

The King Guest Suite off the main hall has 32' flat screen TV, and access to the hall bath. This set up allows for a third private master suite!

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for a great vacation! You'll find upscale stainless and aluminum cookware, wine glasses, ample dinnerware and glassware, and every utensil and gadget we could think of. For the kids, we have our popular 'Kids Collection' of fun beach tableware.

Our balcony is the best! Upscale outdoor furnishings and over 350 sq ft facing the Gulf of Mexico. You have a 270~ view of the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beaches, Little Lagoon, downtown, and front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks from the Gulf State Park!

To complete your vacation experience, our condo offers Free Wi-Fi, a reserved garage parking space, it's own separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and central air conditioning.

Perfect Stay

From the moment we came onto the property, we felt at ease. The Security Guard / Parking attendant was very nice and helpful. The instructions on how to get into the unit were clear and given ahead of time. We were able to go straight up to the unit and not have to check into an office. The parking space is clearly defined for one vehicle. (Another vehicle is allowed in a different area, but no more than 2 total). It was nice having a specified parking spot no matter what time we came in. The condo was more comfortable than I can even express. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view from the balcony was breathtakingly beautiful. We were there during Spring Break, and we still felt like it was a calm and comfortable atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. We had absolutely no negative issues during our stay. Everything was so well communicated ahead of time, and everything worked so well, that we never even had to reach out to the host / owner. That was kind of odd- we travel A LOT, and we almost always have to reach out for something- not this time! Our stay was LITERALLY perfect. Do NOT hesitate to book this condo; you will love it!

great location, lovely place

This place was great! Decorated beautifully, clean and in a great location - right on the beach and close to everything. Pool was heated so we were able to swim outside in March. There was plenty of space for me, my spouse, our two children and my parents. It was a great place for a family getaway.

Great rental

Could not happier. Only problem problem would be with the parking situation. We had a three bedroom unit and three cars. We are a group of seniors in our 70’s. Our hobby is riding recumbent trikes. One of our friends used a small trailer to transport his trikes. Your management would not allow for two extra parking spots. We offered to pay for them, but no go. We could understand if it were peek season but we always go in late Oct. It made our trip very stressful trying to find parking for the rest of the week. We never have had a problem with other rentals in the past, even next door at the Phoenix.

As a native Californian, I spent my childhood growing up in Manhattan Beach, Ca. A new job opportunity brought me to Tennessee in 1987 after college. Looking for the nearest beach, a co-worker suggested Gulf Shores. In the Spring of 1988, I came to Gulf Shores for the first time and I was stunned by its natural beauty, white sandy beaches, blue-green waters, and peaceful serenity. I have vacationed in Gulf Shores every year since 1988.

Why they chose this property

It's all about the balcony and the view. I believe that Island Royale condos have best balconies, especially the corner units on the east side of the building. The east corner balconies do not get the hot afternoon sun in the summer. And, since the building is right on the sand, the sound of the waves on the beach make the balcony my favorite part of the condo. I also like the layout of the penthouse corner units in Island Royale. The floorplan offers the option for 3 private master suites, so, you have the flexibility of spending time together in the living room or balcony, but everyone can have their own space too. Island Royale is a smaller building on a less densely built stretch of beach in Gulf Shores so the beach is never crowded, even on the most popular holidays.
