Enjoy the comfortable and new (Nov. 2021) Queen Mattress in the Master Bedroom and the Beautyrest Memory Foam Toppers on the Twin Beds in the Upstairs Bedroom. Cover up with the Log Cabin Quilts and comforters!
The first floor bathroom and laundry was completely and lovingly remodeled in October of 2021. New wall to wall carpet installed (June, 2022) in living room, bedrooms and loft.

The Lake Cottage is well stocked with all that you will need to enjoy your stay! We are known as a premier lake front cottage with attention to detail, quality, cleanliness and comfort.

We are located only 17 miles (a picturesque, countryside drive) from the charming ski center of Ellicottville, NY, popular year-round with many cultural events, restaurants and village shops. Ski resorts: (Holiday Valley 17 miles), Holi Mont (18 miles), Kissing Bridge (20 miles).

Bring your canoe, kayak or boat. You can also rent a Pontoon Boat and Kayaks at the local Lime Lake Marine in Machias, NY. Once you receive a confirmed Lake Cottage reservation, please call Lime Lake Marine to make your water rental request as they book up quickly in the summer. You can arrange to have the boat brought right to our boat (updated, larger and new 2024) dock!
If fishing is more your sport, try your luck year round including ice fishing.

After a fun day on the lake or at the slopes, relax and have fun with board games in the loft overlooking the lake, roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit, watch a Netflix movie by the fireplace, surf the internet or have a glass of wine on the deck and watch the beautiful sunsets.

The Lake Cottage is located on Lime Lake. We are 1 hour south of Buffalo, NY, 15 miles from Ellicottville, NY (Holiday Valley ~ one of the top 10 ski resorts in the East). Wander the fun-loving village of Ellicottville with the charming shops and entertaining nightlife. This delightful town offers great restaurants, wine tasting, brewery, luxurious spas, casual hangouts and loads of family fun!
