Perfect Florida getaway, located on a saltwater canal. Manatees and Dolphins can be spotted right off the boat dock. This house has the relaxing feel one is looking for when on vacation. Almost everything is new. This is a great place to soak up the Florida sun and unwind from the daily stress. This home has 10-foot ceilings in the main area it provides a spacious feel. You won't feel "cramped" while on vacation. It has a large patio with loungers. The sun shines on the pool until 4:30 pm in the winter months. It is a perfect getaway.
What makes this property unique
No Charge for the heated pool. The Palm Tree has bicycles,, and kayaks available free of charge to you. The golf course is within walking distance of the house. The Palm Tree is a waterfront property.
