Our townhome rental is located in the prestigious Escape townhomes, adjacent to Snow Summit. THIS IS THE MOST LUXURIOUS UNIT IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX. The property is the CLOSEST to skiing and just minutes from the lake.

The balcony has a new, all-stainless steel barbeque, located on an upper deck that overlooks a wooded area. The townhome was completely remodeled in 2004. The granite kitchen has all new cookware, stoneware, sliverware, and utensils. Complimentary coffee!

Our townhome has the highy sought "inverted" floorplan, meaning that the bedrooms are downstairs where its cooler in the summer, and the living areas are upstairs with high vaulted "A-frame" ceilings.

We welcome any renters who will take excellent care of our home. Families with well behaved children are welcome (some kids toys are available). If you have your own vacation home in a desireable location, we are receptive to trades.
