About this property

Beautifully renovated. - Lovely first floor villa with private screened balcony off master bedroom. Washer and Dryer in villa!

MASTER BEDROOM
Master bedroom has king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, private balcony and a private bath

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk beds making this room sleep four comfortably. There is a flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The second full bath is located next to this room and has a washer and dryer. All linens and towels are included.

LIVING ROOM
The living area has a flat screen TV and DVD player and plenty of seating.

KITCHEN / DINING ROOM
Has everything you need and lots of counter and cabinet space. Several grocery stores are nearby. Dining area seats six.

RESORT
Our resort has a private boardwalk over the saltwater marsh. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort's private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a free beach shuttle ride to our private beach. Our beach is one of the least crowded on the island.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.

There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, on site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, workout room, indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball, coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor, elevators and free parking. All of our amenities are free to guests

Nice Condo

We enjoyed the convenience of staying on the first floor close to the boardwalk, the locker with beach chairs and toys, and the comfort of the condo. Great host.

Had a wonderful time!

The unit was very nice and exactly as pictured/described. The owner was very quick to respond to questions before/during/after the stay. Very nice area. Getting to the beach is a bit of a walk with kids and all their things, but we were aware that we weren't going to be right on the beach from the description, so it wasn't a big deal. The walk across the bridge is beautiful and the kids loved seeing the crabs and birds. Very enjoyable overall and would stay here again!

We love Hilton Head Resort!!

We have visited HHR the last few years and have enjoyed every unit weve stayed in!! This year was no different! They have so many things on-site that you really dont need to leave once youre in with your groceries for the week!! Tennis, indoor/outdoor pools, bar and grill, souvenir shop, Coco's at the end of the boardwalk on the beach are all things we enjoy about our stay here!! Our host was excellent!! Looking forward to our next vacation here!!

This place was FILTHY!

This stay was a huge disappointment. Everything was covered in dust. There was mold in the bathtub, the microwave had crusted food in it, the blankets on the beds, had big yellow stains, when we pulled out a cutting board. It had food all over it, I could go on and on. I wish I could post pictures to give you an idea. We tried contacting the property owner as well as property management who was very unresponsive. We asked to have someone come back and clean and they came while we were not there and left one blanket. Blankets on both of the larger beds were stained. They did not do any further cleaning. I called about four times to contact someone and my calls were ignored. I am curious what I paid the cleaning fee for. My daughter and I had to clean it ourselves.
