There is also an added bonus of an outdoor upper back deck dining table, which seats six comfortably. For larger groups, there is an additional full size refrigerator with freezer, as well as a private enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
The home is conveniently located mid-island and just 1 block from Memorial Park which has a YMCA, Library, island-themed playground, and basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Additionally, the home is located close to the beach access boardwalk at 6th Street via a short 4-block walk.

LOCATION:
Please ensure you read the reviews, as my location is one of the things my guests love. The beach is only .2 miles and that's less than a 5 minute stroll. I include a cart to pull all the beach paraphernalia that I provide.

WHAT ARE YOU WALKING DISTANCE TO:
Sundae Cafe - Reservations needed. The best food on the island in a casual atmosphere.
Agave - Amazing Mexican food and BOGO margaritas Monday through Friday 5-7 PM.
Salt Island - Restaurant that serves seafood plates & burgers alongside craft beers & cocktails.

GETTING AROUND THE ISLAND:
Tybee Island is only 2.5 miles long, so getting around our island is dreamy. The entire island is bike and golf cart accessible. You have the option rent my turquoise electric Club Car golf carts. Renting them through a company is expensive and I offer discounted rental rates to my guests. If you wish to rent bikes, I suggest Tim's Bikes on island. There is plenty of space to store your bikes under my cottage.

RULE:
I do have a strict no pet/no smoking policy and anyone not abiding by this rule set will be kindly escorted off the property with no refunds.
