We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment at such a fantastic location! We were there during a heat wave, so we kept the windows slightly open in the evenings, but the noise from the neighboring bar did carry on past 2am and was a bit much at times.The apartment is well-equipped, and the full kitchen is a great feature, it would nice to have small starter packets of basics like sugar and salt.One other note: the shower stall has a fairly high step to get in, and there’s nothing to hold onto, which could be challenging for older guests.This is all just friendly feedback — we would absolutely love to come back again. I wish it could be next month!

Had an excellent stay at Benoit's apartment in Paris! The location is amazing, close to multiple metro lines, restaurants, shops, etc. A quick half-hour walk to the Seine, or about an hour to Montmartre. Safe neighborhood, lots going on all the time. Can occasionally be a little noisy on weekends but generally not bad. The listing is accurate on size and number of stairs, but the place is well furnished for a single traveler with plates and cutlery, a coffee machine, and even a fan for when the Parisian summer gets a little stuffy. I'd absolutely recommend it!!

Great place. Rooms are very dark, makes it perfect to catch up on sleep. Air conditioning works well. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Aside from a great location, the apartment itself was great and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent as well. We stayed for three nights and found the space to be prefect for our needs, we could have time together as well as have privacy when we wanted it. We stayed during a colder time and found the heating was perfect; the apartment had many windows so I assume it would great in warm weather as well. I would definitely stay at the apartment again and my husband and I agree that it would be suitable and comfortable for a longer stay.

My 17 year-old twin daughters and I stayed here for a week to celebrate all of our birthdays. The Cottage was absolutely perfect. We felt as though we were living like true Parisians…walking to the bakery and market each day. The neighborhood was wonderful! Just far enough away from the “tourist” areas to provide a wonderful respite after busy days of sightseeing but close enough to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The listing was exactly as described. Chris’ detailed notes and recommendations made our stay a breeze and we were able to relax and settle in immediately! Each time we walked into our courtyard we felt like we were entering a magical movie set! I can’t stress enough how amazing this listing is! Every little detail you didn’t know you needed was taken care of. I can’t wait to return!! Thank you 😊

This is a very nice property - it's as attractive as the pictures show. The location is great on the Eastern edge of the Marais and there are tons of shops within 2 blocks. There are a couple of quirks to the property. No Ac which is fine but it is located on a busy street to opening the street side windows at nice not feasible due to the noise. The windows are top notch so once closed 90% of the noise is gone. I was not able to get the TV working for CNN International (the only english speaking channel). The owner tried to help and called the cable co to no avail. If a spot of world news is important at the end of the day you might check if this issue is resolved). You do share a main front door with the owner, whose apartment is one floor up. You open the main door, and then a second door to your apartment while there is an open staircase up to the owners apartment. This worked out fine but I was a little surprised. The owner is great - very easy to work with - allowing an early AM check in(of course this would be subject to someone having to check out). Having the (tiny) elevator is great and the kitchen is well stocked, furniture comfortable. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Your home is absolutely stunning! It was clean, comfortable and so French! The view is incredible and having a park across the street was and added piece of magic. Everything was at your fingertips from shopping to food to rental bikes. This was our first time in Paris and your home was no doubt the best choice for our family. We have three absolute favorite vacation rental properties. One in Napa Valley, one on Maui and now your home!
