****Hi Gayle: (or I guess I should say ALOHA!!!) It’s Saturday evening about 9:30 PM and I am sitting on the balcony (lanai) and enjoying a glass a wine and preparing to leave late tomorrow evening. Just wanted to drop you a quick note and tell you that everything was great, no I should say outstanding. Your Condo was perfect for Daphne and I and we started each day with a coffee (or two) on the upper balcony and ended everyday win the same spot with a glass of wine (or two).. We spent a good portion of each day at the pool. I would guess that 90% of the time we had the pool to ourselves. *** The condo was perfect! After 8 days we still had not done everything we wanted to do but that just gives us reason to go back. If ever we do I will certainly look you up.

DEPOSITS:
NUMBER OF PEOPLE OCCUPYING UNIT MUST BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF BOOKING, IF NOT, ADDITIONAL $50/PP CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
Half of reservation amount is due within ten days of confirmed booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for Low season, 60 days prior for High Season. Directions and Key instructions will be sent 15 days prior to booking once full payment is received. $250 Refundable Damage Deposit. IN US FUNDS!
Cancellation Policy:
45 days prior to reservation date a full refund less 20% of Total Rate for a cancellation booking fee.
Cancellation refund within 45 days is subject to rebooking. *No Refund once ALL Monies are Paid.
All cancellations are charged a 20% of Total Rate for a booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be in writing.
