There is approximately 2,180 square feet of indoor luxurious living space, and over 550 square feet of covered outdoor patio terrace for a total of more than 2,700 square feet of attractive and comfortable indoor and outdoor living space.
Decorated in attractive contemporary decor and blessed with plentiful windows, abundant bright sunlight and refreshing breezes blowing up slope from the beach make Beach Breezes literally a "breath of fresh air" in luxury accommodations.
This elegant upscale villa features a west-facing view of the Pacific Ocean, dazzling sunsets, as well as distant whale watching from the spacious outdoor terrace. The master bedroom has an outstanding ocean view. A folding door opens the tub area to the master bedroom, creating a spacious bathing environment and a view of the wall-mounted flat panel television for sublime relaxation.
Some of our favorite features include the oversize covered outdoor terrace, solid teak furnishings, original art, the deep soaking tub that opens up to the master bedroom, Tommy Bahama beds and extraordinary bed covers, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, oversized floor plan, granite and Mahogany finishes, all cotton bath and bed linens, down duvets, king beds, and large flat panel televisions with premium channels. A fully stocked in-villa laundry is a wonderful convenience.
The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau Ceran surface electric cook top, Bosch electronic dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space, and dual coffee makers with grinder. Guests who choose to dine-in will enjoy cooking on the private in-villa Viking gas grill.
Ride your very own dedicated elevator up two stories to a prime elevation set above the family pool and spa, as well as the residents-only gym. Floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience.
