Super pet friendly, which was great cause my 90 lb dog LOVES the beach. Great location, the pool was great with all its different areas. So close to great food and fun activities. It was my first time staying soundside, and it was a great experience I’m eager to repeat!

Everything was just as advertised. We had a great stay with our kids and pup. Multiple excursions were within walking distance which was nice and they even had a book full of recommendations. We all enjoyed every bit of our stay and will most likely use them again!

Perfect place for a family vacation

Me and my family stayed for a week long vacation. We had a great time during our stay, the splash park/ pool is a huge benefit to staying here. The location is very quite with many activities and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us!

It was such a great experience! It was clean, welcoming, and a perfect distance from the beach and the local attractions. The kids loved the small waterpark! You could not ask for a better host/lodging.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Paws. The house was very clean and well stocked. There were multiple rolls of toilet paper in all 4 bathrooms as well as a full set of towels for everyone, several dishwasher pods, several rolls of paper towels, trash bags, hand soaps in each bathroom, hand sanitizers, dish soap, and a fresh sponge for washing dishes. There are two vacuum cleaners, swiffers and a carpet scrubber for cleaning.In the garage, there were a few boogie boards and a variety of pool toys, along with beach chairs, a collapsible wagon, a scooter, two bicycles and game tables.The bunk room had extra blankets, which my children appreciated as well as a dvd player with a nice assortment of DVDs and some puzzles.The upstairs master bedroom had a supplemental window air conditioner and an oscillating fan that kept the room comfortable.Our family of 8 enjoyed a very comfortable week here. The beds, pillows and linens were cozy, and the property was very quiet. The blinds and drapes blocked out the street lamps. There was also a nightlight in the kids’ bathroom as well as in the hallway outside the bunk room.The kids loved the pool, which is just a short walk across the parking lot. They also appreciated the variety of board games and puzzles in the cabinet.We can’t say enough nice things about this rental property. It was perfect.

Our stay was enjoyable. The Home was comfortable and clean, it had everything you needed to make it like home, even bowls for the pups. Entertainment was near by. Looking forward to returning soon. The Hospitality from the owner was great, any questions I had was answered right away. Thank You!

Family vacation

This house was absolutely amazing and I can't say enough great things about Matt, he was very helpful and great to work with. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay and we plan on returning sometime in the future.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Sandy Paws! Despite some cruddy weather, we found plenty to do in the surrounding area! Matt was a great host and was very response! Definitely recommend and will return!

Great family place

We loved the place. Great and safe neighborhood. Close to many great restaurants. A lot of stairs to climb but as long as you are ready for that - no problems. Everything you need for a wonderful stay has been provided.

Excellent Property

The house was convenient to all of the shore sights and activities. It accommodated six of us really well, and the kids loved the bunk beds. It gave everyone enough privacy!

Get your steps in!

We had a great week. Home was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and made great progress in swimming. The area is convenient to attractions and necessities. Matt was easy to reach if needed. Hope to come back again.

Very enjoyable stay at Bermuda Bay townhouse. House was clean and well decorated. TVs with streaming. Fully equipped kitchen. My kids loved the air hockey. The pool is great for all ages with the water slides, shallow end, lazy river, and multiple seating areas in the pool. Quick easy drive to beach.

Kill Devil Hills

Good location near the Wright Brothers Memorial and not far from the beach. The pool was great for the kids. I had no issues communicating with the hosts.

Great getaway!

We were celebrating a milestone birthday with a girls weekend. We had a great stay. The property was lovely and just as pictured. The host was awesome. The house was pet friendly and the little touches were great. Our stay was just what we needed. We would go back again in a second!
