Along with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, this stunning resort has an 18-hole championship golf course (a Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship course surrounded by six mountain peaks), two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, a seasonal 90-foot water slide, a fitness center, saunas, spa services, multiple restaurants, two private tennis courts, and 18 kilometers of cross-country skiing terrain, a fly fishing center, a cross-country ski center, and hiking and biking trails.

The Everline puts endless outdoor activities at your doorstep! In the winter, enjoy skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and dog sled tours through the glistening landscape. In warmer months, stroll one minute to the stunning adjacent 18-hole championship golf course. Take a nature trail walk within the resort, hit hiking amid the peaks of Palisades Tahoe, or rent bikes and ride along the Truckee River Bike Trail - less than 3.5 miles from home. Drive 13 minutes to Alpine Meadows - an idyllic location for guided horseback rides.

Our beautiful 1-Bedroom 'Fireplace Suite' condominium that sleeps up to four with a king bed in a private bedroom and a queen memory gel foam sofa sleeper in the living area. There is a 2 queen bed next door that can be combined, inquiry with us for availability! The two chairs in the living room are recliners, perfect for relaxing in after a great day on the mountain.

The beautifully decorated one-bedroom 'Fireplace Suite' that sleeps up to four with a king bed in the private bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area with a kitchenette (2 burner cook top, microwave, mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker), table/eating area, 2 LCD televisions with pay movie and game service, free internet, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and extra electrical outlets near the bed.

From your room you have gorgeous views of the mountain, trees and the beautiful third fairway and putting green of the property's golf course (this view is most available from Fireplace Suite 537) through the grand picture window. Upscale appointments such as custom furnishings with rich tones, warm stain colors, natural slate, tumbled limestone, granite and natural iron come together to provide the perfect mountain getaway. Adding to your comfort are a recently purchased sofa sleeper with a comfortable foam mattress instead of the older spring type, two comfortable sitting chairs that recline, fluffy comforters and pillows, a gas-fireplace with stone surround and wood mantle, LCD flat panel TV/s, and high-speed wireless internet.

Use of the pools, spas, fitness center, internet in the room, shuttle to and from the Village are included with the Resort fee which is currently $50/day/unit plus tax. Self-parking for one vehicle per unit is currently $30 a day and valet is more. Both are subject to change and not included in my nightly charge. These fees are the same for all guest that stay at the resort and are paid directly to the resort.
