The Sugar Beach Penthouse of the inn has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and two covered outdoor lanais with gas grill. This suite can accommodate 6-8 people. In addition to the main penthouse suite is a lock out unit. This is an attached one bedroom suite with kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony and private entrance and parking. This unit can accommodate an additional 2-4 guests. The Sugar Beach Penthouse is the whole second floor and a total of 2300 SF of living space. Our penthouse is the master suite of Sugar Beach. The penthouse has a large master bedroom with a private bath, and the two additional guest bedrooms which share a large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The ground floor suites are deluxe, one bedroom, Kihei condos.
