COME Spend Your Summer Vacation with US!!Totally refurbished, (new tile, new cabinets fresh paint!) this privately owned Top of the Gulf welcomes you to the warm Gulf of Mexico's powder white, soft sand beaches and emerald-green sea. (Note: Photos are of this property. The property has been completely updated . TWO queen beds, set built in bunks, full kitchen! This is an efficiency. Come spend your vacation at Top of the Gulf!!
Please note that there will be construction going on throughout the 2021 season due to Hurricane Michael. If any work will affect your stay we will try our best to let you know with as much advance notice as possible. Thank you for understanding.

This was our second stay at this property, I would stay here time and time again! Great location and the condo has everything you need, it’s also cute and clean ! Myra is easy to communicate with and kind!

Very easy access to both parking and beach

Pros: Closest room to pool/beach/parking. No stairs. Quiet! Even though we were right by the entrances and elevators we never heard anything from that. Even when the wind was howling and surf high the room was super quiet with curtains that could keep it dark if wanted. Modern full-size kitchen appliances with everything you need within reason for pots/pans/utinsels/serving settings, etc. We liked the location, easy drive to get most anywhere. We aren't foodies so I can't say about nearness to restaurants. Keypad door so no worrying about keys or cards. Cons: There are 2 queen beds, 3 recliners and table for 4 which can feel crowded. Outlets were less convenient as a result. A couple well placed power strips would work wonders. We were there 15 nights and were sad to leave.
