Village of South Walton vacation rentals

We enjoyed this studio condo; it was perfect for our short stay; it had a sofa/TV in living; bed; kitchenette with microwave, dishes / silverware, toaster, single cup Keurig (you need to bring K Cups) ; it’s a small room but very modern and tastefully updated. Best of all is the location - central to all; tram or walk to beach across the street - sorta across and over - but short walk; Tram was quick and convenient; leaving beach it was busy though so we ended up walking back due to the Tram line. Area is also upscale vs some other beach locations that have shown there are but not here - beautiful condo and area. Many dining options in walking distance.

Condo is completely updated. Pools are awesome. Tons of restaurants in walking distance. Tram to beach is great. Beach was crowded but we still had a great time. Host communication was prompt. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We got a great deal, The Village was gorgeous. Almost didn’t need to drive anywhere at all. Lots of local things to do.

The room was very clean when we arrived, which is something we really appreciate. We had a small issue with the room and the maintenance man resolved it immediately. Overall great experience, very centrict

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. Rosemary Beach felt like stepping into a modern European village, complete with boutique shops, restaurants, and green spaces. The condo development is nestled near a semi-circular plaza where food vendors set up around a common area. Live music and a lively atmosphere added to our excitement. The condo itself stretches from the back to the front of the building and features a balcony overlooking 30A. Downstairs, there are shops, eateries, and convenience stores, all just steps away. The unit was very clean. While some reviews mentioned it being a bit older with imperfections, but it didn’t detract from its character. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 near the front and a master suite in the back next to the balcony, where we stayed. Each room is equipped with a large TV, and the beds are on the firm side, though we slept well. Light sleepers should be aware that sound from the street and downstairs shops does carry into the unit, as the windows aren’t heavily sound-insulated but things quieted down around 11 p.m. The location truly can’t be beat. Within minutes, you can walk to the town square and the iconic Pearl Hotel. We highly recommend renting bikes from downstairs to explore the area. Keep in mind that you are in the heart of a highly desirable area, so prices reflect that. The place is beautiful, the location is exceptional, and our host, Laura, was incredibly attentive, responsive, and a true pleasure to communicate with!

Convenient to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops. We had great weather, and beach was beautiful.

Centrally located with quick access to Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beaches! Including all their amenities, shopping, dining and nightlife!
