South Hill vacation rentals

Wanted to kick the summer off with some great hikes of the waterfalls around Ithaca with the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops to start and end the day. This property was exactly what we needed. A short walk to Ithaca commons, and a short drive from all the various waterfalls that we wanted to see.The property was well maintained, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.

We used the Haven as our base for 5 days in Ithaca. The location is a short walk from the Commons where we ate out and took in an outdoor concert. You can even walk to the Cascadilla Gorge/Falls. You are a short drive to everything else as the place is in the heart of Ithaca. It was plenty spacious for my wife and I. Very large shower. Workable kitchen. Parking was easy, right out front. Some cool fixtures. A/C worked well. Landlord did a good job. Good value I'd say. There are some more expensive options around Ithaca. Would stay again.

Perfectly located and beautiful inside and out.

Our family booked here for a graduation weekend, and everything was truly spectacular! Truly can’t imagine it being any better!Our experience began and ended with the home owner who was very responsive, attentive and accommodating throughout. They treated our needs and plans as their own.The house itself is great! …at the same time spacious and warm and inviting … plenty of gathering spaces for our family of 8 adults. We had everything we needed readily available.The location was convenient to everything Ithaca, which made our coming and going easy.Great house, great location, spectacular communication with owners!Highly recommend you stay here!

This was such a relaxing place to stay during a busy weekend! We loved watching the deer out back and there was zero street noise. The owner was fantastic! Great communication! The beds were comfortable and everything seemed very clean. I would caution potential guests that the stairs up to the house might be difficult for some people. They are steep and seem to have a greater distance between steps than what is standard. People with mobility issues would have a difficult time getting inside the house.

This prosperity is in the perfect location to explore Ithaca commons and visit surrounding scenic views! The place was the perfect size for 2! We had a great time

The place was perfectly situated for us to get everywhere we wanted. Its HUGE! We were very comfortable there and the hosts were excellent in responding to our communications. I would stay there again.

Beautiful property. Super clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Our group of 3 couples really enjoyed staying here. Onsite manager was friendly and helpful.
