Each villa has an additional guest room with a queen bed, next to a spacious bathroom with two sink vanity and walk in shower.
Each villa has another guest room with two twin beds.

Villa 3 has an additional bedroom with a king bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite full bathroom (this room is a ADU converted garage space).

Total: 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, sleeping up to 20 guests.

Kindly note that his property allows events only with prior approval by the host and is a non-smoking property.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer some optional extras for you to choose from, and inform you of the associated fees as follows:

POOL HEATING:
Fee $195 per day per pool. You can choose to heat one, two, or all three pools on any day during your stay (you don't need to heat the pool during your entire stay).

SPA HEATING:
The spa in villas 1 and 2 can be heated for the afternoon / evening (= 6-10 pm) for $150 each (or $45/hr), and the freestanding spa in villa three is heated free of charge. You can let us know the dates you wish to heat any of the spas.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
Fee $150 per option / per villa. Early check in allow access from 8 am on your arrival date. Late check out allows you to stay until 6 pm on the departure day. The regular check in time is from 4 pm, check out time is by 11 am. You can choose to book these options for one or two or all three villas. This option is subject to availability as we have to block the adjacent travel dates for you. We suggest booking this early as availability is limited.

PET FEES:
Fee $200 per pet / per stay. We allow your furry family members to join you, and we would appreciate it if you could kindly use poop bags and remove any pet remnants from the property (such as backyard / front yard, etc.).

EXTRA GUEST FEE:
Fee $50 / night / guest from 12 guests. While the property allows up to 20 guests, we do charge an extra guest fee for any guests after 12 guests are booked.

Areas around the pool and spa are slippery, and we ask that you are careful coming out of the pol and spa. Jumping from the side lines into the pool is dangerous, and we suggest you avoid that. Children should never be outside around the pools pool and spas without adult supervision as the pools and spas are not fenced.
