Very poorly maintained property
We have been renting houses for so many years now. Never have we experienced such inconvenience ever. However much we love the view from the house and waking up to these lovey surroundings, the stay inside has not been at all convenient. Right from missing toiletries to leaking roofs, to no wood, to dishwasher not working, to the outside heater without any gas!!! The patio, the front entrance everything was full of leaves to the point that it was hard to find the pathway and walk around. The house says good for 20 people but have limited serveware for an even of a group of 8 people to eat together. No lights in garage. Bathroom fans not working. Even after regularly sharing our concerns with the property manager no action was taken during our stay. Rather he asked us to go to store and get the propane cylinder filled. I am sure he must be forgetting that we rented the property to relax and spend time with friends. There was no apologies or even a little sense of empathy towards the inconvenience a customer is facing during their stay. I personally not a big believer in giving bad reviews. I understand there are quite a lot of things here which could have been taken care of with a little bit more thought. I highly not recommend this property.

We left pieces of our hearts here!
There aren’t enough words to accurately describe how this place made us feel. When my partner and I arrived first we were anxious to see the property and once we stepped foot into the homes we were amazed beyond comprehension. The layout and view took our breath away. I’m the morning when the rest of our party showed, we all took our time exploring the property and taking pictures of the lakeside and mountains. We all enjoyed every bit of our trip and did not want to leave. It was so hard saying goodbye to this property. Not only was the stay absolutely amazing, but the communication was as well! The owner never missed a beat when it came to responding to my questions and was willing to work with us with our concerns and went out of his way to help us try to find places for food and whatnot. My partner and I will definitely be booking here again hopefully next year because it was a dream come true being here. It’s safe to say that if you are looking for a quiet place to just enjoy what nature has to bring, in the company of great family or friends this is the place for you!

Great spot and view. Make sure you have propane before you try to grill or run a heater. We found out the hard way.

Beautiful.
The entire thing was just gorgeous. Plenty of room. Beautiful views from every room. I will say the house is old and has some of that, “charm”, and to consider that when heading out. We were there on hot days and the house has nice windows and doors to creat good air flow. All the bed rooms are up stairs and that meant that the rooms were really warm. They had some fans, and we were able to stay comfortable, but more fans would have been helpful. Also the master bath tub is very nice, but theres not enough hot water to fill the tub, and we had to stagger showers. Again, an older house. We will most definitely be staying here again. It was just perfect. Thanks to the host who had it clean, with plenty of extra blankets, and towels.
