The living area has beautiful views of the lagoon, marsh and golf course. It is fully equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, VCR and DVD player. Games, movies and books are also provided for your enjoyment.
Master queen size bedroom includes a ceiling fan, TV, VCR and DVD player. Go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean in this tranquil ocean themed room. Private master bath is complete with hair dryer and an extra large shower head.
The second bedroom is decorated with the Harbour Town Lighthouse theme. This bedroom can sleep 6 people comfortably. There is a bunk with a twin on top and a double on the bottom, plus another twin bed. A crib (playpen) is also provided. It also includes a ceiling fan, TV, DVD and VCR player. A second full bath is just outside the door equipped with hair dryer.
Dining area has a beautiful glass-topped table that seats six people with additional bar stool seatings. Tray tables are included for extra guests. The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, large stockpot (for your low country boil), crock pot and spice rack. This villa is located in building one of four (closest to the ocean). Only a five to eight minute walk (or take the golf cart shuttle) across our new boardwalk to our private secluded beach (no roads to cross). Sightings of egrets, crabs and blue herons are bountiful in the marsh. We provide a rolling cooler, rolling cart, umbrella, beach chairs (two are backpack) and beach toys.
At the beach enjoy music, beach volleyball, food and drinks at Coco's (not open during winter) complete with bathrooms and showers (always open). Views of the Palmetto Dunes golf course are only a few feet away.
After a fun-filled day at the beach, relax in one of our three pools (one is indoors plus kiddie pool). Brush up your game on one of six lighted tennis courts. Take a jog on our new indoor track. Bike rentals delivered to your villa. Sore from all of this activity, soothe your muscles in the whirlpool and sauna. Free Wireless beside indoor pool. All this included free with your stay. |
