Questa bellezza del lungomare tropicale ha tutto ... piscina riscaldata, spa, dock, ascensore per barche e ascensore personalizzato. È ben arredato e completamente attrezzato per la tua vacanza finale. Situato su un canale di acque profonde, ha accesso diretto alla Florida Bay o all'oceano. Goditi tramonti indimenticabili mentre ti rilassi su uno dei numerosi cortili che questa graziosa casa offre. Le viste sull'acqua sono catturate da quasi ogni stanza. Trascorri le tue giornate rilassandoti nella brezza dell'oceano, rilassandoti a bordo piscina, riscaldando la spa o facendo un tuffo nel canale. La casa si trova in un prestigioso quartiere residenziale, ma così vicino a tutte le attrazioni locali. La romantica suite matrimoniale con soffitto a travi a vista è nascosta privatamente al terzo piano. Ha le sue stanze da bagno, un soggiorno separato, una mini cucina e due grandi terrazze coperte all'aperto, una con vista sulla baia della Florida.

L'appartamento al piano terra completa il resto della casa. Il soggiorno e la cucina completa si affacciano sull'acqua. Vi è una grande camera matrimoniale con patio esterno soleggiato e bagno completo.

Situata al miglio 86, la casa si trova vicino a tutto ciò che Keys ha da offrire: pesca sportiva di classe mondiale, nuotare con i delfini al Theatre of the Sea, fare snorkeling o immersioni in una barriera corallina, barca fuori dal bar di sabbia, charter una barca per la pesca d'altura, praticare la pesca in campagna nella baia della Florida. Best place to stay in the keys

Enjoy stay on best location in the key, host did a great job preparing home. Boat dock was nice to have. Swimming pool and hot tub where we’ll maintained and heated.

hard to find anything negative to say when you have been able to stay in the keys for a month!

We have been going to the keys annually for over 20 years, best stay yet, house and location are great! Plenty of room could easily handle 10 or 12 people comfortably. Pool stays amazingly cool even in August. The pass thru garage is the best, you can open the door and get a breeze through to the pool, perfect place to set up your corn hole boards. Snake creek compares to none, a boaters dream, deep water access and easy out to either side and all amenity's are there, we took the boat to Hog Heaven around the corner many times, very relaxing. this is a outstanding neighborhood. Kathleen does a flawless job of informing you of all the amenity's and opportunity's in the house and Keys wide. Very easy to work with.

A Slice of Paradise - "Irish Ayes"

On numerous occasions my family and I have had the pleasure of enjoying a slice of paradise called Irish Ayes. We totally enjoy the peaceful, quiet neighborhood as well as the surrounding area. It is located within minutes of excellent fishing, boating, diving and snorkeling locations that both the expert and novice can thoroughly enjoy. On every occasion we have found the house to be immaculately clean and well stocked. The house and first floor apartment are laid out in such a way that, when traveling with guests, each has the ability to enjoy privacy of separate areas, including multiple decks. A favorite is the pool/spa area. It is ideally designed so that, at any one time, you can enjoy either the sun or shade while in the pool. Kathleen is the best! She supplies you with a comprehensive guide for the house, along with many suggestions for excellent dining, shopping, etc. any house issues were always dealt with promptly and professionally. I sincerely hope to return many times in the future. Donna F

Outstanding property

What a great place to stay in Islamorada. Very well maintained, and super clean.location is perfect for restaurants and activities. The home is spacious and the apartment on the ground level allows for a nice separation of guests. How about 3 kitchens? The main kitchen was very well equipped. Best of all, an elevator! Great views of Florida Bay from the canal side decks. Best of all, Kathleen was super to work with. If you are into deserts, don't miss the fruit cobbler at MM88 restaurant. You will enjoy your stay at Irish Ayes, and will want to return. We did. Laura and Dave Reitze, Galveston, Texas

Spacious home, with great views, & a heated pool

Irish Ayes is a perfect home for large families or couples wanting to share a vacation home. The 4 king bedrooms are spacious, particularly the master bedroom on the top floor with his & her bathrooms, and decks on either side of the house. A separate apartment with a full kitchen and living area, houses the 4th bedroom. Separate, yet still easily accessibility to the main part of the house. A large porch off of the kitchen / living area is well equipped with a table and 8 chairs to go around it for relaxing or eating outdoors. There is also an elevator for going between floors which was wonderful for bringing groceries up to the main floor as well as our luggage when we arrived. The heated pool is delightful to lounge around in as well as the hot tub. After a long day out on the water it is the perfect was to relax. For the casual boater or avid firsherman, this house sits on a canal leading out to the Snake Creek which runs east & west between the Atlantic Ocean & the Gulf. It doesn’t get any easier than this to get to your destination by boat. The owner, Kathleen Monahan, is wonderful to work with. She was helpful in advance of our coming to her home as well as while we were there. We highly recommend Irish Ayes! Rob & Fran Marsh

Our first time at this property . We've been renting in Venetian shores for 30 plus years. Fabulous, clean, well equipped home. Great pool , down stairs apt., fish cleaning station, etc. We keep 2 boats and a locker with all of our personal belongings. As gourmet cooks, didn't need very much of our stored kitchen items. We have already booked for 2017!

Great place to stay with excellent views, and nice canal front area. A little difficult for us older folks to enter the second floor bath tub/shower area, since we stayed on the second floor and used that bathroom--it has a wide top area that was difficult to negotiate for us. Great location on Venetian Shores with a view of Florida Bay from the second floor. Owner very accommodating if anything comes up that help is needed. We enjoyed our stay at this home.

Awesome home!

My family and I rented this home for the month of November. Everything about this home is wonderful! The only regret I have is not bringing my elderly father along for the stay. This home has a new elevator and a ground floor bedroom suite that overlooks the canal. The main house has everything you would desire on both the upstairs suite and the main floor. It was nice to tie our boat up in front of the house. After a long day of fishing it was great to sit in the hot tub and take a swim. I have stayed in many homes throughout the Keys and I will say that hands down this was our best stay yet. Thank you again Kathleen!

Irish Ayes

My wife and I rented this house for the month of October. It was fantastic. The 3d floor master bedroom is huge. If we were not in the pool or in our boat, we were in this room. It had a separete bathroom for each of us, a separete kitchen and a 60 inch TV in a sitting area. It also had a large porch with a great view of open water. The pool has a jacuzzi with a spillover into the main pool. It also has a covered area, which is great for the times when sitting in the sun is oppressive. The entire property is luzuriously landscaped. We went to the Keys to relax and this was the perfect place to do it. We intend to go back next year. Islamorada has several good resturants and interesting shopping, all with a small town feel. It is easy to take a side trip to Key West or get a boat quickly to the ocean or the gulf. The owner, Kathleen, was wonderful.It was an absolute pleasure working with her and getting to know her. I would not hesitate to recomend this property to others, so long as they don't prevent me from being able to rent it again in the future.

Rockstar - best place we've ever rented

The Captain's suit is to be seen to be believed. This house has everything. I'd highly recommend it. It was 5-star accommodation for the 5 of us and cost less per person than if we'd stayed in a cheap motel.

Paradise Found

First, the owner Kathleen is wonderful to work with. The house is magnificent with everything you could possibly need for a a relaxing stay in the keys. Easy access to the ocean and gulf fishing. The dock is large with plenty of room for your boat and good fishing too. With easy access from the elevator the third floor master bedroom is off the charts, you might not even leave there. Multiple kitchens makes for easy food preparation on all levels. The lower unit is unique as it can act as a separate "suite" if there is more than one couple. The pool area has great sun bathing as well as cover to get relief from the summer sun. We highly recommend this property and will be returning often.

Lyman is a retired naval officer and I am a native of Arlington, Virginia. On my first visit to the Keys, I fell in love with the azure blue waters, warm tropical breezes and relaxed life style. I was fortunate to find a vacant waterfront lot in the prestigious Venetian Shores neighborhood which we bought in 1978.

I designed the main house and had it built in 1990. At that time, you were not permitted to build on the ground floor. Luckily, the building codes were changed and in 1995 I added a separate ground floor apartment with the idea of having private guest quarters. It is perfect. Next a concrete dock, swimming pool and Jacuzzi were added in 2005. And the final addition of a commercial elevator was added in 2012 for easy access to all three levels of this luxury home.

In 2008 we became permanent Florida residence and have not regretted it since. We love it here. And recently we purchased a "fixer upper" on the bay just two miles north and we are keeping busy working on it. Please come down and enjoy this tropical paradise with us.

It was always our dream to move to the Keys and enjoy the warm sunshine, keys style casual living and the many friends we have been fortunate enough to get to know along the way. We treasure "Irish Ayes" as it is a very very special home . We care about the house and we care about our quests and want to provide you with a carefree, luxury vacation rental home for your stay in the Florida Keys.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The "Captain's Quarters" are the expansive master bedroom suite on the third floor with mini kitchen to keep drinks cold, snacks fresh and ice cream frozen until we are ready for a mid-night snack. It is very romantic with open cathedral beams in the ceiling. The views from the large covered patios on levels 2 and 3 have beautiful views of Florida Bay. Plus a commercial elevator can take you to any level in the house with ease. The ground floor has a private apartment called "waters edge" just for quests. There is a heated swimming pool and spa for relaxing in the Florida Sun or taking a break from a busy day. You will certainly enjoy this well appointed tropical vacation rental home.
