Nice landscaped back yard with waterfall feature. Close to Cow Shoals- a trophy catch and release fishing area on the trout-laden Little Red River. Right below Greers Ferry Dam. Greers Ferry Lake is only minutes away! Home of the World Record Walleye and Hybrid Bass. Forty-five thousand acres of beautiful clear water! A great area to make great memories.

Wayne and I moved to Heber Springs from the Chicago area 20 years ago to raise our son in a better environment. We have loved living here with its natural beauty, quiet town and all this great lake and river have to offer!
Why they chose this property
This is a nice house in a great neighborhood. It is fully furnished, with a private dock that you can fish right off, a separate walk in access point. Fire pit, waterfall feature in the back yard, nice deck to grill on- either gas or charcoal. A great place to view Mother Nature at its best!
What makes this property unique
We have recently completed our "Man cave/She shed". Enjoy the inside playing darts, cards, listening to music! And check back for more additions!
