The gîte sleeps 4, has full central heating throughout and a large open fire place with log burning stove, ideal for holidays all year round.
The ground floor has an open plan lounge/diner with a galley style kitchen area. The focal point of the ground floor is the large original fireplace and exposed wooden beams. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and English & French TV with all free view to channels. There is also a DVD, video player with a selection of DVDS, videos, games and books. The dining area has a pine table and six chairs. The kitchen has fitted units with an integrated dual fuel cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and large selection of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, pot’s pans and serving dishes.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a sink and separate toilet.
The first bedroom has a large metal framed double bed, oak wardrobe and side cabinets. The second bedroom has two single pine beds and with a painted pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a travel cot, stair gate and high chair available.
There is a large garden to the rear and has been laid to lawn and contains a 15ft round, above-ground swimming pool. The garden is enclosed with gates at the entrances.
At the front of the gite is a gravelled driveway and pergola area with setting and ancient bread oven. Beyond the driveway is a two-acre meadow for all guests to roam and explore. This leads on to the Forêt de Coëtquen, where you can find mapped out trails to follow.
We have a games room with pool table, table tennis and a dart board as well as a large selection of outdoor games and equipment, such as a paddling pool, badminton, tennis, soft ball, cricket, footballs, frisbees etc.
We have also converted a small barn into a utility room that houses a washing machine, extra fridge and freezer, a sink and clothes airers etc
Barbecue equipment and garden furniture are provided for the use of guests.
You can do as much or as little as you want. Some guests like to laze around in the gardens, taking lunch here and having a glass of wine or two. Others like to go through the entire tourism office catalogue of attractions. To help you find your happy medium there is a folder full of information at the property.
Dogs are welcome on request only and subject to our pet policy, plus a supplement of £30
