Beautiful house on Bay Tree Lake, 2100sf with 4BR/3BA (including Bunkroom that sleeps 6.) House sleeps a total of 12. Your own Deck, Private Pier, and Boat House. Vaulted ceiling in Family Room, Kitchen with granite counters, SS Appliances, eat at bar and dining room table for 8. Master Bedroom Downstairs with King bed, master bath with standing tile shower and garden tub. Laundry closet with w/d, 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, One bedroom has a Queen bed, another bedroom has 1 Full bed with on suite bathroom. Family Room has sleeper sofa and Bunkroom sleeps 6. TV in family room. WIFI connected to all (3) smart TVs. Huge deck, charcoal grill under covered porch, and patio seating. Sheets and towels provided- can bring own. Front porch with rocking chairs. Pier leads to Boat House with deck and (2) kayaks and (2) SUPs at property for use. As a Rental Guest you are 1 house down from the Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Volleyball Net , Playground, and Beach Cabana with a sandy beach. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are 10-20 minutes away. Day trips to the beach- Carolina Beach and Sunset Beach are less than 60 minutes away and Myrtle Beach is about 1 1/2 hours away. *Ring system at front door.

Great stay!

This was the perfect end of summer get away. The house had everything we needed for our couple day stay. We brought our own paddle boards, but there was plenty of also plenty of outdoor equipment. I was very worried about a tropical storm that hit a day or two before our stay, but the host was great at communicating conditions and being understanding of our unknown arrival times. The lake and views are fantastic!

Best trip ever!!!!

We usually go to the beach for our annual summer trip but we decided try the lake. This place was the best decision EVER!!! The house had everything , the property was beautiful and peaceful, the pier was private and peaceful, the views from inside and outside were priceless!! The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone you passed or met was so friendly!!The owner had everything you would need for inside and outside. Paddle boards and kayaks were a hit. She made check-in so easy and I complicated things by not being prepared when I arrived but she quickly responded.😁 We hope to return year after year. Again, it was THE PEEFECT PLACE!!!!!

Birthday celebration

We stayed at Bay Tree Lake to celebrate our Nanaw's 100th birthday. We have family who live at BayTree, which is a private retirement community in eastern North Carolina. The home was very clean and just two houses down from the clubhouse, where the celebration took place. We were very busy with the celebration and were not able to take advantage of the lake. However, my daughter and her boyfriend spent the two evenings we were there at the end of the dock and enjoyed it very much. The host provided key access so that we could come and go from the gated community. With many family coming in for the weekend, we were very fortunate to find a beautiful home so near to the events.

Great Vacation

The house had plenty of room for a family of 6 plus grandparents. We enjoyed the lake, pier, nearby tennis courts and kayaks available at the property.

Quiet, Peaceful, Fun!

This property was exactly what we were looking for -- a peaceful, quiet lake for our family to relax. It was clean and check in was a breeze. The water sport options were great (two kayaks, two paddleboards, floats) and I very much appreciated that there were tons of life vests to keep everyone safe. More than enough space for our family of 5. We're already talking about when we can possibly get back -- it's a hidden gem!

Excellent lake get away

Our family really enjoyed the quiet lake home. The water was not too deep for the kids to play and fun without worrying too much about them getting hurt. The home included everything we needed.

Heaven on the lake

The views were gorgeous, the water was warm and deep enough for the kids to have a blast. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with every dish, pot, pan you could possibly need to make meals. Close enough to White lake and Elizabethtown to go adventure but honestly we spent 90% of our time at the house enjoying the water. The owner was super responsive with issues I had (locked myself out on day one!). Overall a great experience.

Lake House Fun

This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it is a great place to stay for summer fun. Shallow lake is perfect for small children at the beach. The boat dock is great for bringing a boat with you however, the boat lift needs to be repaired. A few small maintenance items need attention but over-all the house met all of our needs. It was nice to see the new tennis court improvements that is ready for tennis and pickleball.

Bay Tree Gem

This vrbo home is a true gem. Home offered games, floats, sups, kayaks and so much more for the children and adults. Owner and property manager are excellent to work with, very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked for our party of 9. Plenty of linens and towels. Don't miss out, you will be pleased with the clear shallow water of Bay Tree Lake.

Peaceful!

The lake by far was a hit with the grandchildren even though they were Leary about getting in at first and then we read the information about the lake with the tannin in it and it’s depth. They enjoyed fishing from the pier, kayaking, and anything water related. We flew our kites and blew bubbles in the wind with our six year old granddaughter. The place was close enough to go to Wrightsville Beach and the waterpark at White Lake. It was not only a beautiful place to relax but offered many opportunities for our family.

House with everything included- and more!

This had to be the most well stocked property I have ever rented. Not only did it have all the kitchen items you could want, it had kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, fishing rods, and life jackets! We were beyond satisfied with the private dock, but when we peeked in the garage, we were amazed to see everything I just listed. We used all of them and had an absolute blast. I'd already be booking the property for next year if their calendar extended that far! Do yourself a favor- especially if you're traveling with kids- and book this property.

Absolutely wonderful

My in-laws live in this neighborhood. During Thanksgiving, my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly. We stayed here during one of the most difficult times of our lives. The house truly felt like home away from home. Drinking my coffee while enjoying the views just helped me cope with the day ahead. Our gracious hosts even left us with a few goodies and cards knowing what had happened. I honestly think that having this home helped me keep my sanity. Beautiful home, well equipped, great location.
