Bella moderna 2016 a casa con pavimenti in bambù, bagni moderni e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici / mobili. Venite a rilassarvi su uno dei tre ponti spettacolari che si affacciano sulla laguna e sulla riserva naturale. Lounge con l'acqua o la cena e cocktail sul ponte completamente arredata completa con grill a gas. Un sacco di spazio di vita ... sei posti letto comodamente nelle camere da letto. Le sistemazioni includono 2 bagni completi e una doccia esterna. Proprietà viene fornito con la paratia e acqua accesso per le barche, moto d'acqua, o altri giochi d'acqua in grado di fornire divertimento sport d'acqua per tutta la famiglia. spiagge Long Beach Island sono 5 minuti di distanza. Questo è perfetto per famiglie, pescatori, tutti coloro che godono di splendide vedute panoramiche, tramonti, passeggiate nella natura, bicicletta e spiagge. Spacious home - never wanted to leave

The house was so pleasant and beautifully decorated. There was room for plenty of people to sleep. We entertained using the BBQ and the kitchen. There is seating at the bar area and kitchen table. It was perfect. There were so many ways to hang outside.. back and front balconies, the dock… I would love to go back for a longer stay

This house is a great location, beach stores, restaurants nearby. House is very nice, a lot of outdoor space! I would rent again

Terrific home, great location, great value

Ken's home was great; clean, up to date, everything as described, and very, very comfortable. Terrific location; easy to get to main road (route 72) to Long Beach Island. Ken was communicative, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely stay here, again.

Peaceful, comfortable and wonderful home!

This home sits right on the water and is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great access to LBI and waterways for boating and other water sports. Home is comfortable and everything was accessible. Great getaway spot!

Great beach house

We had a family getaway for my daughter's Sweet 16. The house was just perfect. Very spacious, quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view. It was exactly what we were looking for. We loved every moment of our stay. We would love to rent the house again. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect quiet location

This was a perfect location to celebrate a birthday. Right on the lagoon, and close to beach. The neighborhood was extremely quiet so we were able to enjoy family time on one of the many porches. Host were very easy to get ahold of if needed. The house was clean and very open.

My wife and boys had a great time. The house was beautiful, lots of amenities, very comfortable and accommodating. Lots of space for family time, and plenty of spots for one while reading a book. The owner was excellent, quick with responses to questions, and we said we can’t wait until we return. Excellent time!!!

We had a great family gathering in this beautiful house. Everything was as stated, great open layout with lots of seating. Fantastic lagoon views from back deck and beautiful marsh views from front deck. Quiet neighborhood with lovely homes. Close to LBI beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thanks, Ken

Beautiful place on the water

Great view from the deck! Close to the beach, nice neighborhood! Kenneth was great to work with- got back to me within a couple of hours with any questions I had leading up to our stay. It was a girls trip and we all had so much fun! It was our first home away experience and it was a good one! Thanks!

Great Host

Kenneth was very responsive and accommodating as this was my wedding weekend and he made sure this part of the weekend was stress free. The property is everything you want from a shore house experience. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as stated in the description. Only change was a Keurig Machine for coffee rather than a coffee pot but we are a fan of Keurig. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to check in early on Friday in order to attend a afternoon cocktail get together on Friday.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wedding to attend on LBI and this home worked out perfectly. It is extremely nice. Very clean and well appointed. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay very much. Kenneth, the owner, always responded to our email inquiries in a timely fashion and was very accommodating to our needs. Good location -- it is a Lovely home. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wedding stay

Pictures looked great, but they must have been taken ages ago. the property was worn and in great need of an update. There were no garbage bags and it took 6 hrs for the owner to leave me a message. There was dirty bedding laundry in two of the the closets.

Great Home

Spacious home with great beds, slept like a dream! This home was up to date with modern appliances. The decor was simple and clean which was easy on the eye and no clutter. Easy access keypad. Looks newly renovated and may still be adding to their inventory of amenities. Suggest inquiring for particular items if your planning on doing extensive cooking and such. Great hot water, no problems taking showers with all the girls. Would love to stay again.

Terrific Home

We found this home to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. Having breakfast on the deck overlooking the quiet canal was a pleasant way to start the day. We spent our days at the beach, and it was an easy drive - sometimes a bit of traffic, but the distance is short enough that we never felt that to be much of an inconvenience. The kitchen is not overly well equipped. We kept or cooking fairly simply, and found for that the only thing really lacking was a couple of cutting boards. Bring your own beach towels, or do as we did and buy $3 towels at the nearby Walmart.

Beautiful ,spacious , clean home

Loved this rental. Short 10-12 minute ride to lbi. Well equipped home with 4 different outside decks / patio. Also has an outdoor shower. Nice open floor plan. Some fruit flies but nothing terrible. Loved the huge kitchen and tons of storage for food. Has heavy duty Washer and dryer with detergent and fabric sheets. I would definitely pack extra towels, paper towels and toilet paper. We did and were fine. Has a Keurig machine but youb must bring your own coffee. Tons of pots and pans. Lastly, my husband loved the outdoor grill. The bay was quiet , beautiful and right in our backyard. Would stay here again.

Poorly maintained

The air conditioner stopped working for the last three days of our trip. My husband and I both called the owner twice on Monday when I noticed the problem, with no return calls, Tuesday I sent an email, to which the reply was turn off the air conditioner for a few hours. A few hours with the air conditioning off when it's hot and humid makes for an even hotter house. The owner showed up as we were leaving to return home with a "sorry about the air conditioning". When we left the temperature in the house was 80. The house needs to have more furniture, there are no dressers to put clothing/ personal items. The rooms just have beds and a night stand with a lamp. I wish the house had been a cleaner too.

POOR MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY

The house was disgustingly dirty - Kitchen fridge had to be wipped down completely, ice cube disp. did not produce ice so we were constantly buying ice. / Bathrooms rust / mold & mildew; toliet brushed full of dirt and poop/ Bedroom; Mstbd doors would not close bedding was stained, bedroom closets completely disheveled; / Bedroom #2 Door wood not stay closed, closet completely disheveled; extra bedding thrown in hamper not sure if dirty or clean, prev. renters close left behind thrown on floor & shelves, garbage on floor / Bedroom #3 closets completely disheveled / Curtains through out stained / Ceiling fans covered in dirt / Practically no indoor lighting in bedrooms / BBQ Grill filthy dirty - had only 2 settings; off or high / Exterior; overgrown weeds ; because we were at end of cul de sac pretty much alot of debri ended up by us. If I could post pictures I would - I have tons. Its a shame people defination of Standard of cleaning is so disconnected. We made thee best of it - but would not rent here again. This has needs alot if TLC - its got potentially. When I vomplained to owner he responded with " I am sorry it doesnt meet your Standards" --

September stay

Property has beautiful views and was perfect for our group of friends! Nice little neighbour hood. The only issue we had was with the upstairs toilet not flushing properly. Overall great stay!
