Pretty nice place.

Pretty nice stay. The washing machine was difficult to get to work. No napkins or paper towels and 1 tea towel for 4 days is not sufficient. But overall good stay

Best location and Amazing apartment

The location of the property was amazing. Communication with the host was awesome. Had a person waiting for us with the keys and to give us a tour. The apartment balcony oversaw the river. The apartment was super clean and nice. Will stay here again

Great location

Fun location on Thames with O2, easy walk to tube with 8-minute ride to London Bridge. Nice modern apartment that needs some higher quality furniture.

Nice Apartment with a balcony on the Thames River. 10 minute walk to the o2 and the North Greenwich subway station. Only a 10 to 15 minute subway ride to most of Central London attractions. My family was very happy with the apartment.

London Christmas Stay

Very good location; 10 minute walk to Jubilee tube line; less than 30 minutes into Westminster. Tesco and restaurants around the O2 arena. Quiet neighborhood. Very secure building. Description should note that 25 Barge Walk is on a pedestrian street with car access only at cross streets nearby (our drivers had a bit of trouble finding it). Also, note you have the barest of essentials supplied. If you plan to cook, bring everything, even the salt and pepper. If you plan to use washer/dryer, bring detergent. Stick in an extra roll of toilet paper. Olga was extremely helpful explaining the appliances and once we understood, all worked well. We are glad we stayed here. Manager should update the pictures for the particular apartment we rented though.

North Greenwich

Very nice and clean property. Less than 15 minute walk to train station. 5 minute walk to grocery store. Helpful in the reference book would be instructions on using oven and locking the door. Other than that no other worries staying there.

Actual apartment had broken, ripped furniture and did NOT have the living room with 3 large windows overlooking water. Had one window, looking at water, then one side window looking at a building wall under construction. Reserved mainly for large living room and wonderful views.. excuse was that one was given to long term renter.... can offer a refund and you can FIND a different hotel--REALLY that is what you get when you arrive from overseas..they should be able to have multiple listing and only "one" picture that does NOT show actual apartment.

Lovely flat

This was a lovely place to stay! All the necessary amenities, a market just around the corner and relatively close to public transport. Quiet and comfortable, it was all we had hoped for.

Wonderful apartment

We were visiting from Chicago for a week. Everything was great! It was a pleasant walk to the nearby North Greenwich station. Apartment had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay

This was a lovely apartment on the Thames River. It was close to the tube (train service) and the 02 arena. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

We Had Great Stay

Very cost effective apartment with easy access to Tesco Grocery and North Greenwich Tube Station. Owner was very accessible and coordinated an easy check-in. Apartment was clean and well appointed. We had good stay and would definitely consider this apartment for future trips to London. Thanks for a great stay.

A great stay in London

Amazing views of the Thames from the balcony; excellent location near transit (including the water taxi). Great vibe in the neighbourhood: everyone eating outside by the river during the heatwave. Check in process was very accommodating - would recommend!

Clean & Convenient

While the beds were not great, the overall flats we rented were good. Perfect for people wanting to be close to the ExCel for conferences or that will be attending events at the O2 10 min walk to tube and Emirates tram, with dozens of restaurants and shops in and around the O2. I'd stay again.

London is a short tube ride away from this quiet place on the Thames

I was there with 5 other family members for 5 days. This place on the Thames was a great location for us, and there was plenty of room in the apartment. We liked the modern look and especially the quiet location on the river, with close access to the tube. We would stay there again. Only a couple things that could be improved- most important, put a better mattress in the master bedroom. Also please keep the apartment stocked with minor essentials, a few more rolls of toilet paper, salt and pepper in shakers, basic spices such as basil, parsley, garlic salt, and cooking oil. We bought salt because we didn't see any in the kitchen- only to come home from the grocery store to find a lot more salt in the large containers. It would be nice to also have faster Wifi, and more (and larger) drinking glasses. We loved being next to the O2 and the Emirates gondola ride! We started discovering some of the restaurants toward the end of our stay and really enjoyed Wagamama. Also Natalie was very welcoming and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and answered all our questions. Thanks Natalie!

Great apartment with a fantastic view

We had the 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment and it was the perfect size for our group of 6. There were 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Olga met us in the lobby and was very helpful. The staff was very responsive to any of my texts and calls. The apartment, building and surrounding areas were very clean and it felt like a very safe area. The views of the river were fabulous. And it was great to walk along the river and feel like you weren't in the city. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc., although we only used the kettle, you could definitely cook meals. The combo washer/dryer was a big plus as well. We had some issues figuring out the dryer cycle until I googled instructions, so perhaps a copy of the owner's manual would be helpful. The tube stop was a 10-15 minute walk and there was a Tesco right near the stop, so we were able to stock up on water, snacks, etc. The location is a bit further out of the city, but it's not a deal breaker for us and for the price we couldn't get anything as nice in town. We would definitely consider staying here again and hopefully we will.

El apartamento está muy bien. Metro a 10 minutos. Bien comunicado. Supermercado cerca del metro. Los datos de la señal wifi del aparatmento no se corresponden con los que te proporciona Steven. Hay que mirar en el router mismo. El dueño apareció con bastante retraso y tuvimos re llamarle bastantes veces. Es el único pero que le ponemos, aunque eso nada más llegar, y sin controlar demasiado la situación y con crios, no es muy presentable. Por lo demás muy bien.

Great apartment, would definitely recommend. SO much better than a Hotel room!

3br / 2 bath apartment was a perfect choice for my family of 4 (2 parents, and 2 college-age kids). It is exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, and well maintained. The price was less than 2 modestly priced hotel rooms in London proper, and we had the benefit of a full kitchen and separate bedrooms. we enjoyed hanging out in the living room and watching TV together, and sitting on the balcony and watching the ships go by. The kitchen has everything we needed (we purchased a pitcher, which we left for next guest). having a washer/dryer right in the unit is a huge plus. so much less to pack! we loved the floor to ceiling windows. i was alittle worried about using a VRBO. i read the horror stories. BUT... I can honestly say that Steve and his assistant were easy to work with, and lived up to all their promises. they responded to my many emails and many questions, were upfront and communicative about payment and documentation. they were responsive and showed up to let us in the unit exactly as promised. they even let us in early on check-in day, since they didn't have a guest the night before. we really appreciated that :-). the unit is an easy 10 minute walk to the Underground, and then a short 10-15 minute ride right into downtown London. There's a great little pub called "Pilot" about 5 minute walk, and the O2 entertainment complex is right next to the underground, with tons of restaurants. There's also a Tesco right at the O2 for basic groceries. We don't cook on vacation, but it was great for picking up breakfast and snack items. one tip... if traveling from Heathrow, it's a good 75 minute trip... DO book a cab in advance using the company Steve recommends. we didn't do that and used a black cab, which ended up costing almost double what we paid on the return trip (we got smart and used the local recommended company for the return) if you're a family looking for a comfortable place to stay for your London sightseeing trip, this is your place!
