Kök: Detta felfritt utformade öppna koncept kök har gott om köksredskap och skåp, rostfria vitvaror och infälld belysning. Komplett med köksredskap och verktyg som behövs för matlagning, en Keurig, brödrost, mixer, tallrikar och bestick för maximal beläggning.

Sovrum: Den rymliga master sviten har en king size-säng, stort bildfönster med utsikt över poolen och ett eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-madrass. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-madrass.

Badrum: Badrummet i master sviten har hans och hennes fåfänga, ett omklädningsrum spegel komplett med fåfänga belysning, och en rymlig glasfönster dusch. Gästbadet delas av de ytterligare två sovrummen och ger gästerna en dusch / badkarkombination.

Family Vacay!

Overall great stay! Perfect location that was close to the beach and the pool was great for our little ones. There wasn’t any detergent or dish soap as listed on the description but definitely NOT a deal breaker! Definitely recommend!

Peaceful place

Very quiet residential area, ideal for a short family vacation. The house was clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and kitchen fully equipped. Loved the pool area. Close to everything, grocery store, beach, shopping, highway. The owners responded quickly to my emails and were really helpful. I would not hesitate to rent again next year.

Lovely Property

This home is everything it claims to be. Lovely decor. Everything functioned as expected. Even found a beach umbrella in the garage for our beach day. I especially like the cabana on the patio near the pool. Pool area was lush with plants and grill worked as promised. Will stay again if in the area!

We are extremely happy that could stay for our spring break at this house. Location is the best to everything by. Excellent swimming pool to. Didn't have any problem like check in or out. Definitely recommend to stay !!!! Michael with family

Overall experience was fine. Interior was fantastic and clean. Conveniently located near beach and everything. Few things were also off the track (One of the room was missing a lamp. Rear door didn’t work properly and couldn’t get it locked. Had to use a rod. Patio seating area wasn’t a good place to sit and chill. Way too much mosquitoes) Other than that, everything was good.

There was a stocked kitchen, great outdoor pool area and lots of space. They have beach chairs and coolers to take to the beach. The house was spotless. The location is residential but it is close to beach (15 mins to Lauderdale by the Sea) and close to Ft. Lauderdale, close to supermarket/bagel store/liquor store etc. The management company was terrific and helpful. Would recommend!

Could have been a great experience

Quiet neighborhood, lovely house, amazing pool. There were some communication issues with the owner/property manager. The most concerning was the thermostat, which set itself between 75-77 and locked us out from changing it. When I tried to get help from the property manager, I got responses like “just turn it down” and “looks fine on our end.” It wasn’t until I sent them a picture of the thermostat set at 77 that they actually fixed the issue. Or so I thought— I was very warm our last night and woke up to find the thermostat set at 75. This really put a damper on our stay, both because the temperature was uncomfortable (no one wants to come home from a Florida summer day to a house that’s 77), and because I had to waste time during our stay communicating with the property manager when I should have been relaxing (and they didn’t seem to want to take my word for it until I sent the picture). I have stayed at a number of vacation rentals and have never been locked out from being able to adjust the temperature to my comfort. I gave 4 starts because the overall property was very nice, but I would caution anyone staying there to be vigilant about checking the temperature settings. The owner is certainty vigilant about checking in on the renters, with his numerous cameras and remote sensors.
