Awesome Place and Location

Family Vacation

We stayed here 9/3-9/8. The house is exactly how its listed. We loved it and had a great time. The location was perfect and beach access was just across the street. We had problems connecting to the tv ( we did get it to work) and also the outdoor speakers did not work for us. We contacted the owners and they were very quick to respond. We tried everything and appreciated their communication to help us. Even though we could never get the outdoor speakers to work everything else was just perfect.

Amazing Home with excellent accommodations.

This home was everything the description claims. Amazing views, close to the beach, plenty of room for 17 people. The owners responded when we messaged. They allowed us an early check in and they weee friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for any family looking for a relaxing time near the beach.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is beautiful, and extremely comfortable with amenities galore and convenient to everything we needed. The home offers easy access to the beach, located directly across the street from the public beach entrance. It was perfect for our large group. We’ll definitely be renting this home again next year!

Family vacation

The place was great. A couple things I would recommend… provide trash day so during the week we could put out. The pool filtration (waterfall from hot tub) for circulation did not work towards the end of week. Also although small a few more dish towels for dishes (there were only 1).

Great place to stay. Across the street from the Gulf. Awesome pool. Nice extras like beach chairs, bikes, pool table and large well stocked kitchen. 4 couples stayed here and had more than enough room. Would highly recommend.

Looking when we can come back

We could not have had a better stay. My kids squealed when they walked in the door. We had a few issues that came up as with all houses but there was always great communication. The owners could not have been nicer and more helpful. They addressed everything quickly and kindly. I was worried after reading some of the reviews about trash in the pool. When we arrived the backyard and pool were clean but by the next day someone had thrown a pc of trash in the yard and leaves were in the pool so that is not on the owners. It really is right across from the beach access. I have a 3 year old that wants me to carry him everywhere…well my 8 year old would like that too but my point is walking a long way is not for us. This was perfect. There was a restaurant about a block down when we didn’t want to all load up in the car we just ordered it Togo, walked to pick it up, and ate at the house. It’s about at 6 min walk there. There was a wagon, chairs, and plenty of beach toys.

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a fabulous property to spend Thanksgiving, my father’s 90th birthday extravaganza and a family Iron Bowl Party!! We loved it! The Casa Tuscany was so spacious, plenty of room for a big family gathering and an amazing kitchen for the hub. The pool deck was a great place to visit, grill and relax! We look forward to booking this Casa again!!

Incredible House and Location

This trip has been planned for a while to bring long time friends together. We couldn’t have asked for a better house. The house itself is just incredible and the location is perfect. There is access to anything you could want close by.

First time, not the last time

This was a trip two years in the making. Sadly, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer march of 2022 and we had to postpone the July 2022 trip to 2023. Good things comes to those who wait. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed every second of it. Super short walk to the beach and we had a great time in the pool! During the trip we had a couple of questions and they responded promptly! Just an overall great time!

Family 2023 Beach Vacay

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. It is a great house with plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need-we cooked every night but one. The outdoor decks were perfect to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean view. The only dissatisfaction we had was the pool was dirty when we got there-not debris from storms but sand and dirt. When the pool cleaners came on Tues. it was just as bad(they only did chemical treatment). The day before we left they came again and it looked great afterwards. It’s disappointing to have a pool like that for almost our entire week. The ice maker downstairs didn’t work our entire stay-but there is one upstairs so we made do. The last issue was the air conditioning not working for several days. I reported it(as i did with the other problems) and was told it was probably from us opening and closing the doors-which wasn’t the case. When i continued to contact the property manager finally after the 3rd day she sent someone to fix it and it worked. The property manager did respond quickly every time-the problems just weren’t taken care of. We knew the air conditioning worked better downstairs than that since we had stayed here before with no problems. We love this property and it’s location-just wished the pool would’ve been cleaned and other issues taken care of promptly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful views and access to private beach!

The views from the decks were beautiful! The owners were super easy to get ahold of and very prompt with a response. The private beach access worked beautifully—the public beach was insanely crowded, so having access to an area with far less crowds was wonderful! We used La Dolce Vita to set our tents up each morning.

Two For Two

We were a returning family from last summer. With some properties they begin to look “tired” or “dated” over time, but with this property it’s obvious the owners and managers want the home to be contemporary and very comfortable. Beautifully massive with perfect location!

If I did nothing else except stay inside this home for the entire trip, it would've been fine by me. We had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within 10 min of the home. My only issue (if you can really call it that) was the remotes for the smart TVs. We didn't have access to the manufacturer's remote controls to access our streaming sites we have subscriptions to. However, it was a very minor issue that had no impact on the enjoyment of our trip. We would DEFINITELY book again!

Perfectly Perfect Vacation!

The house is grand and beautiful! It has so much room for large groups and the hosts have thought of everything from laundry on multiple floors, so many modern conveniences (an elevator, refrigerators on every floor and in garage, ice makers, out door kitchen, fire pit, beautiful LED pool and hot tub, bikes, beach and pool equipment to play with, pool table, so many porches and covered decks, lots of king beds and bunks, fully stocked kitchen and tons of towels). The location is amazing and you can be laying on the beach within 5 minutes of stepping out the door. We will be booking this again and again! Perfect Beach Get-Away!

Miramar Beach is not overcrowded like Destin beach. There are 3 stories of magnificent, custom details. There are master suites on each floor and an elevator to take you to each level. There is a private pool with hot tub, outdoor summer Viking kitchen with mini fridge, sink and travertine countertop and a fire pit for roasting marshmellows. There is also a pool table on the 1st floor and a gorgeous bar with wine cooler, ice maker, mini fridge, micro and coffee maker. There is a laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Every detail was thought of when this Grand masterpiece was built!
It is 3 miles from Sandestin and the upscale Grande Boulevard Shops and so many amazing restaurants.
