Great Condo with Beautiful Balcony View

Very relaxing. A lot of owners that do not rent out their units, so it was a smaller crowd on the beach than most units we have rented. Would definitely stay here again. Chair guy was great and facility was secure.

Nice and quite

We had fun on our week stay. The first night not so much. The condo next to us caught fire at 3 am so we all had to get in the parking lot.

Nice place

The view and pools were very nice. The only real negative was not being able to escape the cigarette smoke smell while on the balcony. It was very frequent - at 6:15 a.m. trying to enjoy the early morning to past 10:00 at night. I could not pinpoint which unit it was coming from but it was very irritating. Many signs said smoking was prohibited but you can’t get in the way of a person and their addiction. But the unit was very comfortable and clean.

Seachase is the best!

We have stayed at Seachase for years and absolutely love the size of the condos, the great pools, and ease of location. They keep the grounds immaculate. Plenty of security. The unit we rented was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room. Sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf and main pool is my favorite part. My kids want to be sure I get the same unit next year.

Stocked Kitchen

We have vacationed to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area 15+ times, and this was one of the better condos we have rented. We had issues in the past with condo kitchens not having many cooking utensils/pots and pans, so as a family who likes to cook, we prepared and brought some of our own from home this time. I don’t think we actually used anything we brought; this kitchen had everything we needed! The splash pad and baby pool were perfect for our toddler.

Great Family Time

First time all 6 of us vacationed together. We had a great time. The location of this condo is perfect for us. We loved the amentities and quick beach access. It was also not crowded which gave us perfect space to hang with our family. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely well furnished. We were able to cook a full breakfast with no problems. And my kids loved the access to the vending machines. I loved having the Walmart Market directly across the street...so convient! The only issues we had were 1. the sinks in the master stay closed. We had to use a knife or hold them open with one hand to wash our hands or brush our teeth. 2. There was no extra rolls of toilet paper and the ones that were there were already pretty muched used up when we got there. So we had to use facial tissue that last night/morning. 3. The door had issues with locking once we closed it. Sometimes it did and sometimes it didn't. 4. Suggest to change out the shower head in the master or remove the shower caddy. It was hard getting a shower sideways (with such a small shower) and we would knock the shower head down causing water to go all over the floor. Overall none of the issues above gave us a bad enough experience that we didn't have the greatest time! Seeing the dolphins from our balcony and the "pirate ships" were definitely a highlight!

Seascape Property

The actual seascape property was impeccable. Pool, beach, grounds, elevator and gym was kept clean everyday all day. Our actual until 704c left a bit to be desired . The appliances (blender , toaster, iron , cooking utensils) were all very cheap and dated. Made cooking a challenge and preparing a meal a challenge . The refrigerator made a very loud running sound the entire time to the point where it’s all you could hear when you slept. Beds lacked actual comforters so all you had were a few blankets . The views from the room were awesome and the overall condo was nice but maybe not as nice as the price we paid for it . We’ve certainly stayed at other Vrbo’s for less with better amenities . We’d definitely stay at Seascape again, just not this unit.

Overall we had a fantastic time, condo was beautiful, felt right at home, property was gorgeous and well kept up. Pools were always clean and well kept! Only 2 negative issues were room was not clean and ready for us at check in time, but cleaning crew showed up and made it right. 2nd issue is having to badge in and out of gate to get to and from beach was a little irritating, especially when only 2 badges are provided and you have a fairly large group. Overall experience was very satisfied

Great experience

When we arrived, our unit had not been cleaned and it was after 4pm. They cleaned it promptly and we had no other complaints. We enjoyed our stay in this updated, clean condo! The pools are great and the property is super clean with easy beach access!

Dirty

Looked as if the cleaning staff just cleaned what they thought people would see. When my toddler dropped something under couch there was a layer of dirt Top of refrigerator was really dirty. Wouldn’t have noticed except had to have fridge worked on. Lots of things weren’t dusted. Manager was awesome. When we called bout fridge and shower they came out quickly to fix the problem

we love this property as stated above we have been coming for over 30 years. The price had gone up this year. Getting a little pricey for the stay.

Great for families

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It had nice amenities and the furnishings were nice. The kids loves the pools and splash pad and the beach was right there. Would absolutely stay again.
