Beautiful view and cozy cabin

There are no words to describe the view from the two balconies. It was amazing. Inside was warm, cozy and quiet. We loved the fire place. The hot tub was nice and clean. The down stairs game room was so much fun. We had a pool and foosball tournament. Then a few games of checkers. It was nice to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sunrise. Negatives - it’s a little smaller than what the pictures lead you to think, but we were still comfortable for a party of five.

Really lovely rustic cabin!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Checking in and out was a breeze. The code door lock is wonderful. 3 floors, each with its own bedroom and bathroom made it so nice for 5 women to get ready at once. The drive to and from the cabin wasn’t bad. Very close to pigeon forge! Lots of other things close by like zip lining, mountain coasters, horseback riding and some neat shops. The cabin had a keurig and a fully working kitchen. Good AC, great cozy gas fireplace, downstairs game room, and two balconies. Everything we needed for a family trip! Thank you for a great stay!!

Would not stay again

Not clean, bedding cover were old, floors not clean. We had to be moved due to fleas. Just not very satisfied at all. House mgr got us moved quickly, Vasca took care of us and got us an even better cabin. But this ruined a day, have to pack up and move somewhere else.

NASTY!

This cabin is in no condition to be rented. Nasty. Our feet were black from the carpet and the wood floors. Carpet is ripped/frayed, bathroom floors are black from not being mopped. Toilets and microwave are black on inside. Windows are dirty, dusty.. the place has a grime on everything. View was amazing, but please don’t waste your money.

Beautiful mountain view

We enjoyed our stay, and house was very roomy and loved the porch views. The house could use some minor repairs to floors and add rocking chairs to porch, some were broken. Quiet area.

Pictures can be deceiving

I have stayed at plenty of cabins in this location but this one was just not up to any kind of standards. From the pictures it looks decent however it has not been kept up. From the floors to the cabinets, everything was coated in grime. Luckily for us this trip was packed with outdoor activities so we spent the least amount of time possible in the cabin.

Meh, would not stay here again.

While the cabin was fine in of itself there are things that need improvement. Towards the end of our stay we had ants in the kitchen and a few large bugs in the pool room. The customer service was responsive but the code to the cabin had to be reset twice. Also there is no internet in the cabin unlike the amenities described in the advert. There were no trash bags but luckily we had brought a couple with us. There is not enough seating in the den for the 5 people we had, even though this cabin has 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms were fine but the shower curtains need replacing and the floors need to be redone. We’ve stayed in Blue Ridge at a much nicer roomier cabin and for less money. Also the path from the parkway to the cabin is 10 minutes of blind winding curves and very huge hills. Wouldn’t recommend for a too heavy car. The view was the best part. The sunset and the mountains made the drive worth it. All in all we wouldn’t stay here again due to the drive and the lack of comfortable seating.

This place had a great view

It was a very nice place, with each of us having our own bathroom. It does need some deep cleaning but over all it was nice.

Beautiful view and great amenities

Couldn’t get enough of the view. Cabin had everything could need, even provided laundry pods and dishwasher soap. Noisy kids next door but not the fault of the owner/company. Thank you for a wonderful experience celebrating our daughter graduating high school!

Gorgeous Views and Close to Smoky Mountain National Park!

There was so much space to spread out in the home, gorgeous views of the mountains, relaxation in the hot tub on the deck and family fun in the game room. Loved our stay!

Nice s5ay

The cabin was nice and the view lovely. Despite there being many other cabins nearby, the privacy was excellent. If you plan to cook you might want to bring a good spatula and bring some hangers if you want to use the closets. Other than that the cabin was very well outfitted.

Beautiful little town

When we arrived from driving about 10 hours at 10pm Tuesday on night. We couldn't get into the house , i called the numbers online and reported it. Needless to say we didn't get into the house until 230am Wednesday morning. The cleaners apparently locked the door that they didn't have keys for. Our code worked fine just the key locked wasn't open. The maintenance man was very nice and apologized even though it Wasnt his fault. The local manager who was texting me was nice as well . But i think thats crazy to get locked out that long with no lights on as well. We were so tired and i am diabetic. We always come up to Gatlinburg and Townsend area at least once or twice a year. This was the first time we used this rental company that handles this house. I pray they get everything fixed. The house wasn't that clesn especially the kitchen. There was food spattered on the cabinets the knobs were gooey and the vent on the floor had old food all in it. Thats were they swept the floor and pushed it into the vent. Besides these issues we very much enjoyed our stay and the area.

Great get away

Great location, ample space, clean. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. We never ran out of hot water with 5 adults. We loved the 3 bedrooms/bathrooms on 3 separate levels for privacy. Communications with Vacasa will be prompt if you have a question/problem.

Great stay!

My family and I took a little getaway and this house was absolutely perfect for that. The house was very clean, and the views were breathtaking. It was very easy to find, but far out enough from the busy parts of Pigeon Forge. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Would stay here again!

Definitely coming back!

This cabin was an amazing home away from home for our family. The view off the balcony was impeccable each morning and evening and being able to see the view from the loft bedroom in the morning and evening was also amazing. We loved the cozy hot tub and fireplace and the kids loved all the games in the game room. It’s not too far from town which is a bonus and we loved the privacy in comparison to other cabins near it. When we arrived, we realized that there were only two forks in the kitchen and some games were missing but when we reached out to get support they were on top of it! They took great care of us - The customer service was great! Overall, we will be back and will be recommending this cabin to our friends!

Family Vacation

The cabin and interview was very nice. The only downside is we had a toddler and we couldn’t check in till 4 o’clock. We got there 3:50. The cleaning people were just getting there. The porch railing was very shaky for our toddler.

Nice views, quiet space, comfy bed!

We LOVED staying here and would do it all over again! But here are a few comments from our stay: -the view in the photos is not entirely accurate. granted, we were there in winter, so there were no leaves on the trees, but the views in the photos are a bit outdated...the view now is of new development rooftops, not tree tops. It's still a spectacular view, however! -hot tub worked great! be sure to set the temp before you leave for the day, it took 2 hours to raise 10 degrees -there are not 4 rocking chairs on the porch, just 1 -gas fireplace is great! beware, it heats the loft a great deal -the loft and stairs are very noisy for the person sleeping below it -extra blankets were great!
