Ocean Dunes Villas (#209) - The living room area has a sliding door to the resort pool/ocean view balcony, making it the perfect place to relax amid new, upscale furnishings and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The recently renovated Kitchen/Dining area features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large dining bar (island).
The master bedroom has a cozy, beach atmosphere with a comfortable King size bed with one of the top quality mattress (10/2020) and private bath. Both the master and guest bathrooms were totally renovated in 2019. The master bath has a new tile tub, toilet, and a granite sink countertop.
The guest/second bedroom has a brand new queen size bed with one of the best quality mattress and the guest bath features a walk-in tile shower with a frameless clear glass door and a granite countertop.
The unit also includes a Pack'N Play and an outdoor shower by the pool to clean off all the fun you had on the beach. The swimming pool is next to the boardwalk, right on the way back to the unit. If you would like to book for 3 nights or less, please send an inquiry. If the schedule permits, we will make accommodations for a shorter stay than the four night minimum policy.

Great location to beach. Too bad it was cold when we went. Condo had very small bathrooms and guest bathroom door was hard to open and close. Bedroom TVs did not work and needed service from provider. Did not like TV channel option on living room TV. No local channels, no sports and everything was old reruns of shows.

Great Condo!

Great condo for our family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Central to great restaurants and shops. If you plan on washing clothes while you are there, bring quarters for the machines.

Amazing View & Great Communication w Property Manager

The view of the ocean and the pool are great, it is a perfect little corner unit with privacy. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed watching people come and go to the beach. It's a short walk to the beach with a beautiful pathway. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere, we rode to Coligny Plaza daily! Yuni is great to communicate with, we were given instructions for our arrival well in advance of our trip so we could prepare and Yuni followed up with us again shortly before our trip. This was our first family vacation with our 9 month old and we had the best time! I would love to come back and stay at this property again, we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

Our family loves Coligny Beach. We come once a year, and choose properties within walking distance to Coligny plaza. This property was the perfect size for a family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We spent most days at the beach and most evenings in the pool or on the balcony enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean. The property owner is prompt, friendly, and easily accessible. We can't wait to return for another getaway!!

Not the Best but the Price was Good

We stayed at this property November 2-5th. We were not given our parking passes in time to print them out before we left. We had a 5.5 hour drive and had to contact the owner to please send the information. When we got them there was no way to print them. (you should at least send the parking passes the day before). Upon arrival walking into the unit you were hit with an old musty smell. The unit really needs to be remodeled with new paint. The bed in the smaller bedroom slanted downhill and the sheets were terribly hard and scratchy. The AC unit in that room wouldn't work properly. There was no way to get heat to come out of it and the fan speed on low was still really high. I chose not to contact the owner we just kept the unit off. The plug in the bathroom that is for this room needs to be changed. It kept wanting to "spit out" my hair dryer and my flat iron. This next part has nothing to do with the owner or the the unit but on our first night from 9pm until well past midnight there was alot of noise coming from the until above (309). It was constant and when I called the after hours number they told me they couldn't do anything. I went up there the next day only to find the owners there and they had been renovating and painting and using machinery that night. When I alerted them that this type of work well into the night was not acceptable they did apologize. With that said this unit is old and the walls are thin you can hear every thing upstairs.

Perfect property for vacation...relaxing or action packed!

First, the communication with the property manager was fantastic!!! She made sure we had everything we needed (codes, passes etc.) a week prior to our visit and again the day before. The property was just as described if not better than the pictures showed. There were plenty of items to use at the beach or pool that made it very easy to enjoy the area. There are plenty of really good restaurants close by as well as some top notch golfing. I would definitely rent this property again, without hesitation.

Amazing location

Perfect location. The apartment was the perfect size for three of us. We enjoyed the mornings on the porch watching the sun come up. It was close to Coligny but far enough away from the crowds!We will be returning!

Only complaint I had was the furniture in the living room/dining was not kid friendly. Luckily, our kids didn’t get hurt! Everything was perfect though! Awesome views and very clean place. Would stay again.

Zentral und am Strand

Schön gelegen und mit Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe ausgestattet. Leider ist das Hauptschlafzimmer etwas dunkel - aber dafür mit großem Schrank und man ist ja auch nur zum Schlafen dort. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hin.

Hilton Head Weekend

First time on Hilton Head and knew nothing about the area. Picked this property because of the beach front location and that did not disappoint! Great view (you can see in the picture) from the balcony and a short walk down to the beach. Also a quick walk to Coligny Beach which was nice to grab food or visit the tiki bar! The condo was fine for 4 people for a weekend, it's small but you aren't there to be inside. Just make sure you ask for the condo # before you arrive which I didn't do and it's not available on VRBO...

Perfect Getaway

Really had a great stay at Ocean Dunes and HHI. Condo was just as listed with beautiful views. Enjoyed Harbor Town and Dolphin Tours. Also great proximity for a day trip to Charleston. Best trip to Hilton Head I've ever had!!!

Great location, that’s about it. Property felt old and dated like it was falling apart and had random jobs done on it over time, floor was sinking in one of the bathrooms so we were told not to use that shower or we might fall through the floor (quite the safety hazard), mold in other shower. The location was really amazing so if that is your primary goal to be on the beach this place works, just don’t count on a super nice place.

4th of July stay!

The location was very nice and convenient to local restaurants and stores. It faces the beach which was very nice. The AC worked great!! My only con was the water pressure wasn’t great and the shower for the guest bedroom leaked a lot of water while showering. Overall, it was an awesome stay!

This place is FABULOUS!

The view can’t be beat! Bikes, boogie boards and chairs were all provided. Yuni, the owner was awesome and great to work with and she answered all my questions right away. She was definitely the most pleasant and responsive owner we ever dealt with. The unit was spotless and very clean. The beach was a very short walk away and Coligny Beach Plaza was about a 10 minute walk down a shady bike/walk path across the road. A fantastic place to stay!

Nice place, but expected more for the price.

Property is nice overall but there were some issues: 1) Only sleeps 4 comfortably (think listing says 6?), we had to get a twin sleeper for my 3 year old. 2) Front door hinge was busted, front door handle kept coming off at every use (owner said previous renter did this). 3) Balcony door barely locked. 4) The laundry set up is not good- you have to drag your laundry (and we had a lot) to a machine down the hall for washing daily. And the fees! We send $20 just on laundry and and had to find a bank to get coins. Not fun. There are only 2 machines for the whole floor!
