Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 6th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen Beds in the 3rd bedroom and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family vacation

This was our second time staying and we loved it. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking on the same floor of the condo is so convenient. Plenty of storage in the condo and plenty of room as we had 8 people.

Beautiful beach view

Beach is beautiful! Grandkids loved the slide at the outdoor pool. A mixing bowl would have been helpful.

Beautiful condo!

We had the best time on our vacation. We were a group of 9 and fit very comfortably in the condo. Very clean and very beautiful. The kids loved the water slide in the pool, and the view of the ocean is perfect from the balcony. In fact, being a corner unit, their are multiple gorgeous views from various rooms in the condo. I personally enjoyed having coffee each morning and watching dolphins from the balcony. Communication with owner was quick, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely keep this place in mind when traveling with a large group again!

Annual Christmas Trip

This was our annual Christmas trip with myself, my husband, and our adult children. We loved the location, it was our first time to Gulf Shores. We loved the condo amenities. The condo had plenty of room for 8 adults. I do wish there would have been more supplies, however I did not rate that negatively because the listing did say it only provided a starter pack. If you plan to be there more than 1-2 days, you’ll need to take more toilet paper and trash bags. There were also no cleaning supplies (kitchen cleaner, bathroom cleaner) so I couldn’t clean the kitchen after meals as I normally would. There aren’t any spices/salt/pepper or cooking sprays, so you’ll need anything you might need for a meal. Overall, we loved the place. We would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As someone who has been coming to the beach for a decade or more, I can say this unit needs some attention! The kitchen isn’t equipped very well for people who enjoy coming in from the beach and cooking and staying in. And it may be time to switch up cleaning companies because it wasn’t clean. The cabinets looked like food had exploded on them, the floors were dirty, and the fitted sheets to the beds were inside out. Dirty baseboards and just overall bleh in the cleanliness department. The best thing about the unit was the ease to get to the car and down to the beach.

Great Weekend with PICK 6

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was good. Check in easy, parking great being on the same floor, and the shopping cart were the best idea!! I cannot fantom why the patio furniture was inside and had to be placed back inside before leaving. But anyway. The light in the fridge does not work and the fridge side was not cooling well enough. The water filter in door must need changing or something, it would only come in slow to nothing.

Beautiful room, great building.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was fantastic, four bedrooms and plenty of living space for 11 of us. The room was clean and beautiful upon arrival and ready at check-in. Staff on the property were attentive and helpful. The pool areas were clean and maintained. I used the workout room daily and that too was a great space. Elevators were never backed up, and parking on the same floor as our room was easy and convenient. The only downside was the beach. This is not Phoenix’s responsibility, however the beach was dirty littered with cigarette butts and trash people left behind. This was a stark difference fromHow maintained the rental property was, and it felt good to be back in our clean unit at the end of the day.

Adequate parking was available while we were there. Only complaint was that provided "starter" supplies were very skimpy, especially for a unit that can hold 14 people.

Best week of vacation!

Only complaint I had was there were kids in the pool acting rowdy and dangerous and not supervised on more than one occasion. Security was contacted but never came.

Perfect for a multi-generational family vacation

However, as my family has changed and my children have gotten older we need more space. Finding a 4 bedroom is hard. This one was perfect without breaking the bank!

Very nice condo but needs a deep cleaning

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have very mixed feelings about the condo. Overall it was a very nice unit but was very much in need of a deep cleaning. The floors were extremely dirty upon arrival and the ceiling fans and vents had not been cleaned in some time. Everyone in our party had allergy issues the entire stay. In addition, the $55 fee per vehicle was extremely ridiculous. Overall the unit was nice and having parking on the same floor was a luxury, but I can not in good faith recommend this unit unless the cleanliness and parking fee is improved.
