Riverwood Cottages LLC owns and manages Riverwood Cottage, a vacation rental located on McKinley Boulevard in beautiful Eagle River, Wisconsin. The Riverwood Cottage is located across from the Eagle River Golf Course on lower Yellow Birch Lake. The layout includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a full kitchen with heat and air conditioning. The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests, with 2 queen beds, and 2 large futons.
Our guests have complete access to the Eagle River chain with a private dock and boat lift. The lawn has lots of room for fun, including a campfire pit, furnished outdoor deck, and gas grill. The Farmer's market, grocery store and downtown are just a short walk or bike ride away.
In the winter, we are only steps away from the snowmobile trails and cross-country skiing across the golf course.
Daily and weekly rates are available year-round.

Great little cabin

This place is equipped with everything you need for a cabin stay. We booked for a hockey weekend and this place was perfect. Close to the rinks and easy to access both town and a peaceful river view.

Perfect cabin for a getaway

We brought our own boat and 2 small dogs. Everything was perfect. From location, private boat lift, to fenced in yard for the dogs. The hosts were fantastic and so flexible with the check in/ out times which made our time there so at ease. Way better then staying at any hotel. It was like a home away from home.. would definitely go back.

The location is awesome. The channel is beautiful and boats slowly going by are fun to watch. The other side is the 1st tee at Eagle River golf course also fun to watch. Cottage was perfect...small but everything you need. Great location!

Stayed for the weekend as a base location for snowmobile races just south of Eagle river. Cabin was clean, beds were comfy, heat worked great for the cold temps we had, would definitely stay again!

Opening Weekend

Great little cabin on the water. The updates to the windows and doors were noticeable from when we stayed there before. It gets a little cold in November and keeping the heat in and cold out was greatly appreciated. Can't wait to go back again.

The house was clean and virtually everything was as advertised. We used the house mainly as a base camp for day trips to outlying attractions and locations, but I think the location on the lake would be perfect for those who enjoy water sports, fishing, and the like.

Fantastic Stay

Property is clean and taken care of. Nice to have a table and chairs on the deck to eat outside. Firepit is wonderful and wood was supplied which was very convenient. The boat lift on the dock was much appreciated. Towels and lines provided and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Fishing getaway

This property met our needs perfectly for a long weekend of fishing. This cottage on the lake with a private dock and a boat lift for added security in being able to take my boat out of the water every evening. If you're a golfer, Eagle River Golf course is a walk across the street right at the end of the driveway. A great location and a 5 minute drive or boat ride to town. We had a great stay.

Clean and cute!

We enjoyed staying in this nice clean little cabin. The location is squeezed between two other houses but nice and quiet with the lovely lake at the foot of the property, and super easy to get into town and on the road to our various activities. We loved watching mama deer and her lively babies on the opposite shore while we ate breakfast in the breezy backyard. We would definitely come here again.

We had a good week. Beautiful weather for fishing everyday. The cabin was very clean. The bonus porch room was perfect for our dog. The waterfront access could be updated but we made good use of it anyways! Thank you.
