Modern ausgestattete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier mit der Familie meines Bruders zusammen eine herrliche Winterferienwoche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es sind genügend Duschbäder (3) und Toiletten (2) vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Wir waren viel in Niederthai zum Ski Langlaufen und Wandern. Aber auch das Rodeln und Schlittschuhlaufen am Piburger See und das Alpinskifahren in Hochoetz war toll.

Waren mit Freunden/Familie für paar Tage mit 9 Personen dort: sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung: alles modern eingerichtet und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, auch der Kontakt vor dem Aufenthalt zu ihr hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen

Der Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung war einfach perfekt. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern ist einfach alles notwendige vorhanden! Aber auch die Großeltern, die uns begleitet haben, waren rundum zufrieden. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netter Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und komplett ausreichend für 10 Personen. Durch die Duschen, die in den verschiedenen Räumen vorhanden sind, gibt es auch morgens/abends nie Stau zwecks dem Bad. Der schöne Balkon mit Süd/Ost-Ausrichtung ist super zum entspannen. Es ist rundum eine schöne Unterkunft, die man vorbehaltlos empfehlen kann!

Wij hebben hier een top week gehad. Erg fijn appartement, genoeg ruimte voor ons; 9 personen. Fijn en modern interieur met een ruime woonkamer. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw, kindvriendelijk, onze kinderen mochten bv. gebruik maken van de speeltoestellen in de tuin. We komen hier zeker weer terug ;-)

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Leider ist im Moment eine grössere Baustelle in derNähe. Aber das wertet die Unterkunft nicht ab.

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir waren bis heute für eine Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt im ersten Stock in einem der höchst gelegenen Häuser in Habichen. Die beiden Doppelzimmer mit Dusche haben genauso wie das Esszimmer Zugang zu abgetrennten Balkonabschnitten. Als es draußen heiß war, blieb es in der Wohnung schön kühl. Die Wohnung ist super modern renoviert (seit Dezember 2019) und die Küche gut eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank ist mit Eiswürfelfunktion und Trinkwasserspender. Die Betten waren bereits liebevoll bezogen und Handtücher ebenfalls kostenlos mitinbegriffen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Bierbankgarnitur und einen Grill im Garten im EG zu nutzen. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen Skiraum, der im Sommer für Fahrräder genutzt werden kann (ebenerdig zugänglich). Dort gibt es auch Steckdosen um E-Bikes zu laden. Direkt vor dem Haus ist gut Platz für 4 Autos. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Semmeln zum Frühstück liefern zu lassen, es ist jedoch auch ein Bäcker im nahegelegenen Oetz. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
