Nice house. Could use a paint upgrade and a ramp would make access easier. Wife does not do a lot of steps well. Better lighting in back would help as well. Over-all it was very nice. We would rent again
It is clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed. Convenient to the parkway and Cades Cove. The 3 TV’s has been updated with new flat screens.
We enjoyed the property... we really was not there long enough to enjoy it. BC we spent our time at Dollywood. But was great for out little family and then the location was great bc it got us in and out quickly...
Only down side was something was broke on the back deck when we got there. And the bathroom needed a REALLY GOOD deep cleaning.
But we will be staying here again on our short weekend trips.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and the property was a cosy one to stay for 5 nights. It had all the ameneties for a family to spend a week comfortably. The only issue I had was to open the door the night we reached there at 1:00 AM EST (delayed flight arrival). The padlock was cumbersome to operate and it was so dark that the keys on the lock were not visible. The light on the outside wasn't working and made it difficult to open the door.
Otherwise, over all the stay was comfortable.

Fall break
The property was very dirty. It had not been cleaned well at all. Dirty bedding was left on the washer and dryer and there was feces on the toilet. The shades were broken. The air vents were filthy. The back door was unlocked when we arrived. The hand towel rack was not secured into wall and fell completely off wall. There were shoes left under the bed, items left in shower and medicine and food on the floor behind the nightstand.
We really enjoyed are stay at the property it was good and clean and comfortable. Their was only a couple of small issues that need to be addressed the outside light at the bottom of the steps flickers on and off makes it hard to see the steps after dark, and the master bedroom bathroom sink needs some draino. Other than that we really would recommend this property.
Everything was good except the shower curtain in the master bathroom had black mildew and need to be replaced or washed. Also the garbage can was located under the front porch which smelled awful and you could smell this while being on the porch. Everything else was great.
Everything you need for staying a few days of vacation. Hot water was not enough, I had a cold shower on the first day which is not fun on winter. But if you wait few minutes you'll get the hot water again.
We had a great time. We enjoyed the proximity of the cabin to the amusements we visited.

Easter weekend
We had a great time in Tennessee this past weekend visiting family and riding around. The house we rented was in the perfect location and was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great rental!
1st time staying in a house near pigeon forge. Loved it! Only a few minutes away from parkway. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed. Pet friendly with a low one time cost was also a plus! Loved this place and will definitely be back!
