Esta unidad de 75 metros cuadrados tiene 1 dormitorio, 1 baño completo y está ubicada en el décimo piso. El departamento también cuenta con una gran sala, comedor, cocina completa (con todos los electrodomésticos) y un balcón muy lindo. Perfecto para alojar hasta 6 personas (máximo 4 adultos), hay dos camas tamaño queen y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar; una cuna y un colchón de aire están disponibles, si es necesario. También hay mucho espacio para equipaje y más.

El condominio tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. ¿Necesitar más? El edificio cuenta con una gran piscina desde donde podrás tener acceso directo a las tranquilas playas (¡ni siquiera tendrás que cruzar la calle para tumbarte en la arena!). También podrás disfrutar del gimnasio y pasear por los jardines. Hay instalaciones de lavandería ubicadas en cada piso y también hay un minimercado donde puedes conseguir una variedad de alimentos y bebidas fríos y calientes. También entregan comida al departamento o a la piscina, ¡súper conveniente!

¡El edificio está en la playa! Estás a minutos de excelentes restaurantes, supermercados y mucho más. El conocido y elegante Aventura Mall es el centro comercial más cercano.

Great location for Miami Gardens

We had a fun girls weekend at The Tides! We were in town for the Eras Tour and there were so many other swifties in town! Check-in was confusing honestly, and we weren't sure what tower we were in, so after lugging around our bags to and from buildings, and waiting in a long line to get our amenities bracelet, we finally settled in and everything was perfect. The pool, beach proximity and gym were excellent and the house was spotless. I would stay here again for sure!

Condo at Tides

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tides condo owned by Anna Gonzales. The condo was perfect and reasonably priced. The location is amazing! We were walking distance to Broadwalk and we were right on the ocean. Sandra was very helpful with check in and anything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

The Tides

The property was exactly as described. Check-in was quick, easy & the staff were very friendly. Apartment door code & key were a little "glitchy" but we managed. We wouldn't hesitate to use VRBO again.

Nice place to stay

All communications were clear and precise. The beach and the pool are perfect. The apartment was exactly as described Some small kitchen utensils were missing, old or malfunctioning. Overall I recommend this place.

Great Vacation

The condo was perfect for our short vacation. Very clean & just steps away from the beach. Easy check in process & great communication from the staff! Beach chairs & umbrella service included were perfect!!

It was fine

The condo is very clean, though a little dated. Having the beach and the pool nearby was great. Ana and Sandra were very responsive. Overall, the condo was fine. There were some things that prevented me from giving a 5 star, most have to do with Tides and that are not in the scope of the condo owner or condo management. 1. It is loud and busy. The condo was teeming with people all the time. The beach was elbow to elbow, and there were horns, sirens, and car alarms every hour. 2. There are 3 elevators for passengers only. If you have groceries, luggage, beach bags. . . you must take the ONE service elevator. It took ages waiting for it at peak times. 3. Check in was chaotic. I had to meet Sandra in the lobby at a specific time. She then got me signed up for parking ($75) at the valet, showed me amenities, took me to a registration desk where I paid $30 for the resort, gave ID, got bracelets for the 2 adults to wear all week, and gave a $20 deposit (not included in the $75 parking) for the parking hang tag. It HAD TO BE CASH and had to be $20 because they don't make change. You can only get that back at the end of your stay during business hours. 4. The pics and description both say/show sun beds and umbrella included in fee. There is no such thing at Tides. We used the random chairs/umbrella at the condo. 2 of the chairs were broken. Need a cooler and beach toys. 5. Laundry only sold in $10 increments. I needed $1 to finish drying and had to buy $10 more.

Good Deal on Nice Property

Property was great, loved being on the beach (which was clean, semi-private, and awesome water!). Double beds in the bedroom were nice to sleep more kids and the kitchen was so nice to have! Easy drive to grocery store, boardwalk, and interstate to reach anywhere you want to go!

Great place and amazing location

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and great location. Right on the beach and included beach chairs and umbrella! Very easy check in process, great communication from the staff, would definitely book here again.

Great beach vacation

Walking distance to the beach, heated pools, a and quick drive to the broadwalk made for a nice vacation. Walking distance to a few restaurants, but a quick drive to many other restaurants in the broadwalk area.

Great trip...

The condo was everything pictured and more. It was clean. Basic cable was on the tv and you can stream some of your favorite channels. The photos do not show it but the bedroom has a tv. The condo has basic kitchen items. (My suggestion, one large frying pan Is needed.) The unit has beach towels and chairs. Many people do not follow the rules for the elevators, but no grocery carts, luggage carts, and luggage in the main elevators. You must use the service elevator for these things. (Signs are posted.) If you want a seat at the pool, it starts to fill up quickly by 9. Be prepared that despite wristbands, the attendants at the pool will still question you. It wasn't aggressive, just a little strange since we have wristbands. The grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie) were a short drive (2 miles?). Also, 7-11 and Wal-Mart are within walking distance. The Boardwalk is a few miles away. South Beach about 15 miles. Only things a little confusing to me were the laundry card and finding reception. There is signage for reception but it is at the very end of the hall on the left. The laundry card machine to add money is in a hallway in the lobby. FYI-Lots of sargsssum on the beach and in the water at certain times of day, though it did not stop many people from enjoying the ocean.

Wonderful vacation

Condo was accurately described. It is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The two chaise lounges and umbrella provided at the beach was a terrific perk, especially given the limited seating at the pools. Sondra was a pleasure to deal with. Overall we had a great time.

The Tides - Hollywood South Central Beach

The price for the time we stayed at the condo was very reasonable. Having a full kitchen was really a benefit. We appreciated how easy it was to get to the beach and the use of the lounge chairs and umbrellas, at no cost. The owner and manager were prompt in answering when we had questions. The living room furniture and some of bed linens should be replaced. A stick vacuum would have been nice to keep the floors sand free. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo.
