It has just been redecorated and is offered in excellent condition. There is recently fitted woodstrip flooring throughout. There is free wifi access.

Patio doors open to a stunning large sunny terrace. Venture out, mug of cocoa in hand, and warm yourself by the patio heater. With views of two landmarks - the London Eye and the BT Tower - enjoy your own haven above the streets of London. It's the perfect place to watch the sun go down after a day around town.

We go out of our way to offer a good service to guests. The apartment is fully furnished with quality furnishings and everything ready to provide an enjoyable, comfortable and convenient stay.

LOCATION:

Location, location, location! You won’t find better than this!

The apartment is in trendy Fitzrovia, in the heart of the West End, a super central location with a villagey feel and Georgian architecture. The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a trendy and vibrant buzz.

You won't get bored in the immediate vicinity. We have heaps of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and great transport links a few minutes away in Tottenham Court Road / Charlotte Street. There's some beautiful Georgian architecture in the area such as Fitzroy Square, a pedestrianised garden square. The gardens are open during the summer. It's a step from the apartment.

There is a good range of shops nearby and a huge choice of delicious restaurants and bars. Tourist London is easily accessible on foot or by tube. Several supermarkets are close by (including Tesco, Marks and Spencers Food Hall and Lidl and more).

GETTING AROUND:

Warren Street, Goodge Street and Euston Square tubes stations are within a 5 minute walk. Tottenham Court Road and St Pancras are within 10 minutes.

Being so central though, you can walk to all of tourist London. The British Museum is 10 minutes away. You've got Oxford Street / Soho very close by (a 10 minute walk), Covent Garden will take you about 15 minutes, Regent's Park about 10-15 minutes. Camden is a 5 minute bus ride. You can head in any direction and arrive somewhere interesting.

A wonderful place to stay

A condo very well located in a quiet and peaceful area. Close to two tubes subway all sites of interest are easily accessible. I have rented that condo twice and I will come back without hesitation. Liz, the administrator is very helpful and easily available by what'sApp.

This place is "what it says on the label". Very handy location, well appointed with all that one needs to make a stay in London wonderful. Great deck to sit on after being out and about all day. Highly recommend.

Great stay in London

This well-equipped flat in a convenient and lively area (many students, therefore lots of cafes and restaurants) made an ideal base from which to explore London. It was great to feel secure in this low-rise building; the space was ideal for a couple, with facilities for meals and doing laundry making it a far more economical choice than a hotel stay. We appreciated the host's package of detailed instructions and suggestions for our stay.

Well placed apartment.

Great Location and Local Amenities

Property was very clean and had everything required for a very comfortable self-catering stay, as we have gluten allergies in our party this was a great apartment for this. There are several well known supermarkets within close walking distance. We did eat out a couple of times as we found local restaurants catering for our needs. Everything in central London is easily accessible and with Euston Station being so close Harry Potter, Warner Bros. Studio Tour was only 30 minutes away via train and shuttle bus. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous flat in Fitzrovia

Liz's flat is fabulous. On the 7th floor with a large terrace with lots of seating and dining space. Inside is just as good. 2 sofas, so lots of space to relax, a well fitted kitchen where you can cook up a meal and a good size bathroom with tub/shower. The neighbourhood is great - lots of restaurants, pubs and grocery stores. Tube just 5 minutes walk, 3 train stations within 20 minutes. If you are new to London Liz provides a wonderful guide to help you settle and find your way around. If you love London already you will really enjoy this flat's location. We will definitely call it home when we visit again.

Great Place, location close to tube and grocery- anxious check in

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Flat. The BT tower was a great vocal point anywhere we went in London. We could always find base when we walked St Peter's stairs to the lookout, Sky Garden, Tower Bridge, etc. The flat is roomy enough for two. The patio was huge! It was enjoyable to open the sliding doors wide after a long day and let the breezes in. Entrance is easy, and convenient and offers a nice layer of security. Everything about the flat itself and its location was great. I gave it four stars because the check-in process caused me anxiety. Our host was very good with communication, but we couldn't get our code or area to pick up the key until the morning of, after I emailed to ask for it. Check-in is stated as 4:30 on VRBO, but she said it was 5 p.m. We needed to pay for storage luggage until we could check-in. She texted us around 3 (if my memory is correct) and said we could pick up the key, but at that point, our luggage was already checked and paid for and we were at the British Museum.

Lovely flat for two in a fantastic location

This flat is so convenient for central London. We hardly took the Tube because we could walk everywhere. The flat is in excellent condition, and is well-equipped for two people. I do not recommend relying on the sofa bed for a third person, though. It really does not make for a good night's sleep. The communication with Liz was really good. And the terrace is lovely. We would return (as a couple).

Awesome patio; perfect for 1-2 people

I loved the patio - it really gives a lot of extra space to enjoy and stretch out. The one bedroom apartment has just the basics and is simply decorated. The kitchen is a little outdated, but functional. This place is perfect for 1-2 people who just need a simple place to stay. I do want to point out the property managers were awesome. They responded quickly to all inquiries and were polite, helpful, sincere and really cared about our stay.

Todo es positivo en la valoración del apartamento. Tanto la ubicación como el estado del mismo y la limpieza así como la atención de Liz,nuestra anfitriona. El piso esta situado cerca de una estación de metro e igualmente cerca de se encuentran supermercados, restaurantes y pubs. Además cuenta con la ventaja de estar a unos 10 minutos de Oxford Street pero no es un barrio de turistas. El ambiente del mismo, multicultural y muy british, le hace apropiado para sentirse, por unos días, parte de Londres. Está además en una calle tranquila y al ser un piso alto y bien insonorizado es tranquilo aparte de muy luminoso. Sin duda será nuestra opción de residencia para un próximo viaje.

Really great rental!

This is a lovely modern apartment in the Fittzrovia area. Modern bath and kitchen. Everything is very nice—would definitely stay here again. Fittzrovia is a great location— close enough to walk everywhere but off the tourist path I think. Lots of great local restaurant choices. The owner provides tons of really useful information for your stay. Top floor unit (with elevator) that is also super quiet—never heard one peep from the other units. Since it was January we were not able to use the terrace, but it looked great.

We stayed in this flat for 4 nights in January, when the weather was rather unpleasant (rain, terrible winds). We appreciated the flat even more: well heated, super clean, cozy, bright, quiet, equipped with everything a traveler needs including Netflix, with comfortable beds, quality bedding and tons of pillows. Liz was very responsive and helpful, emailed me information about the local medical offices when I got sick in Florence just before arriving in London. Areas for improvement: lack of detergents for dishwasher and washing machine, only 1 large towel per person. We would definitely recommend this flat to anybody considering staying in Fitzrovia.

Large, clean, bright with big terrace

Excellent location, not far from Tube stations. Lots of things in the neighborhood. Apartment was very clean, well equipped. Elevator, always a huge pus for us. Large terrace, which, unfortunately, it being London (weather) we did not get to take advantage of. Wi-fi fine, slight mix-up on the check-in as we hadn't received the instructions for checking in. Overall, we would stay there again and would recommend to others.Very modern style.

Why they chose this property

We love this property because of the fantastic terrace! It's such a bonus and a rare find in Central London. Lay out on the lounger and watch the clouds go by on an uninterrupted sky - it's a pretty unique view in London! It's always a pleasure to enjoy this secluded spot. Only the BT Tower, your own landmark, reminds you that you're right in the thick of the West End! Location wise, it couldn't be better. The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. There’s a huge array of bars and restaurants in the area, including in nearby Charlotte Street and neighboring Soho. For entertainment, you have Theatreland close by, numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars, dancing and nightclubs. If shopping appeals, you can shop til you drop in nearby Oxford Street, Regent Street, Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, Camden Market and Bond Street. They are all a walk away. For outside life, neighboring Fitzroy Square is a peaceful and pleasant place to enjoy a sandwich and watch the world go by. Alternatively, it’s a 10 minute walk to Regent’s Park, a wonderful 410-acre open space offering stylish gardens with cafés, rose and wildlife gardens, a boating lake, sports facilities, an open-air theatre and zoo.
