Stor veranda med utsikt över sjön med gungstolar och uteservering. Firepit med gott om sittplatser för de fridfulla nätterna och fantastisk stjärna stirrar.

Mycket ren sjö perfekt för simning och fiske. Vissa fiskemöjligheter och badflottor finns tillgängliga.

Hyr en pontong eller jetskidor på lokal marina. Massor av affärer och saker att göra i området. Brasstown Bald är högsta berget i GA (du kan se Atlanta på en klar dag)! Vattenfall och vingårdar överallt. Harrahs Casino i Murphy, NC ligger 20 minuter bort.

3 sovrum, plus uppgraderad bäddsoffa och 2 1/2 bad. Master har queen size-säng, sovrum på övervåningen har 2 tvillingar med en av dem en IKEA rulla säng som glider ut för en queen size-säng. Nedre sovrummet har en king size-säng och två våningssängar, tillsammans med ett stort privat badrum med golvvärme. Den sovande soffan på övervåningen blåser upp för perfekt komfort och står inför öppen spis och TV eller en mysig kväll. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare på övervåningen. Dubbla gasugn i köket.

Stort stort rum med bra apparater och riktig eldstad. Surround ljudhögtalare gör rummet perfekt för filmer och bollspel. Utomhus högtalare på baksidan veranda också. Firepit utsikt över sjön och bryggan.

Fiske från kajen resulterar vanligtvis i framgång och massor av roligt. Lär dina barn hur man fiskar på det gamla modet sättet med bambu stavar som växer på egendom!

Nice family get together

Cabin was very nice, pictures online exactly what we found. Very cold during our visit. Cabin and layout more suited for warm weather. Would recommend to others. Owner was very responsive when contacted.

Awesome Place!

This is a great place in a great location. It is just a short drive to all the local mountain attractions and the lake is perfect. My son was able to catch the fish he could stand right off the dock. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Escape

Great Lake Cabin!

We stayed here with my close family and the kids to enjoy relaxing time on the lake with our boat. The location is close to the public dock, has ample amount of parking for a trailer, and a great spot on a cove that doesn’t have boat traffic to flip you on your raft while relaxing in the water. House was clean and the boat, Bob, was great and nice to talk with. If you stay here be sure to visit the lake Nottley marina to gas up and grab some boiled peanuts. .Great family ran business. We’ll look to return on our next trip for sure!

Mountain Lake Retreat

We had a wonderful time and stay at a house that was full of family love. We stayed across the street from my sons in-laws house and we rotated meal prep for breakfast and dinner for eight people and found the accommodations well suited to support our needs. We ate out on the deck overlooking the lake and it was common to see deer running around when the sun was setting. We rented a boat for the week and the dock at the house worked perfectly. Family time is what this place is all about

Put your phones away and plan to be outdoors the entire trip. The house is located on the lake in a nice quiet cove. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock getting our tan on, jumping in the water to cool off and hitting the kayaks and pedal boat for exploring and fishing in the cove area. At night you can enjoy grilling dinner, hanging around the fire pit, or night fishing off the dock. This cabin is meant for getting outdoors and hanging out with friends or family. Rent a boat at the Nottely Boat Club for the day and go tubing or explore the lake and observe the beautiful homes on the lake.

Total package lake house!

Had a great stay! The house is comfortable, well equipped, super clean, and has great access to the outdoor lake life! Typical evening for us was to cook out on the grill, eat on the deck, fish, paddle, and swim in the lake, build s’more at the fire pit, play games on the deck, and finish with a movie. Sleep in the comfortable bed, wake, explore, and repeat the evening activities! We all had an incredible time!

Restful and Relaxing

We had a great stay at the lake house. We went fishing, had campfires, explored the area and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The host is extremely timely with responding to any questions/concerns . The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to cook a meal for your family. There are also some great restaurants nearby. I highly suggest Mike’s Seafood restaurant. We hope to return soon for another visit!

Perfect Lakeside Retreat

Perfect location on the lake, picturesque setting and a very short walk to the water. Quiet cove, great for privacy, swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and just enjoying the mountain area. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable for family get together. Fantastic deck areas, outdoor space is fantastic and the overall feel is one of serenity...all the accommodations required for a relaxing getaway. Owner is gracious and responsive to all your needs. We have already planned our next visit for 2020!

I'm a laid back, semi-retired good 'ole boy from the Western Carolina mountains. Graduated Appalachian State with an IT degree and took it to Atlanta for 30 years. Finally realized my dream was to be back in the mountains and on a lake. Getting away from the city, traffic, and daily grind was such a stress reliever!

Now I travel around the Carolinas helping homeowners invest in solar to eliminate their power bills. I get back up to the lakehouse as often as I can, but not enough so I decided to share it with you. Please take care of it as it will become my permanent home soon.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I was blessed to stumble on this property in 2005. I fell in love with it because of the gentle slope to the water, the circular driveway with plenty of parking and separate parking for boat trailers.

I designed the lakehouse myself to take advantage of the space, views, and peacefulness of the setting. I worked the 1.3 acres for 3 years, wearing out a chain saw and at least 2 weedeaters. In May of 2009, the house was ready. The following year, I finished the basement by adding another master room with a king and 2 bunk beds, a private bath, and a workout room overlooking the lake.

The firepit "amphitheater" area was built in 2016. The house still looks brand new and we like it that way. It's very comfortable for families or just a few couples enjoying some time away from the grind.

In April 2024, the shoreline project was completed. Removed trees for better lake view, lots of grading, 6 tons or granite "rip rap", new concrete dock ramp, new gangway, expanded dock surface.

Blairsville is full of heritage. There seems to be a festival or parade almost every weekend. The antique shops and flea markets are loaded with treasures. There is plenty to do in the area from antique shopping, coming through huge flea markets, hiking, horseback riding, chasing waterfalls, exploring the other nearby towns like Blue Ridge and Murphy, NC (20 minutes away to the Casino).

Of course, you can always waste the day by swimming, floating, and fishing off the dock. Local marinas have pontoons and jet skis for rent too.

Gentle slope with stairs all the way to the lake. Water is almost always clear and calm, great for swimming and fishing. Separate, easy parking for boat trailers. Close to gas station and Walmart. Six miles into town. Dead end street with minimal traffic.
