Perfect Family Home away from Home

We stayed here one week 4-11 October. The apartment is very nice, big and spacious. If you have children, the garden is very big and nice. We felt very much at home here. Everything you need is there. The apartment has an alarm system which is a plus in addition to private parking inside the gates. The location cannot be better. 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches. Probably the best beaches in Puglia. The family who owned the place was very nice. Initial contact with Simona by email was very easy and helpful. The parents and their son Marco met us earlier than normal check in time. So that was very nice. We did not have to go hang out somewhere for half a day waiting to check in. They showed us everything, very helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot. We will definitely stay here again. Recommended for families with small children and anyone else actually. One more to mention is that the outdoor shower also has warm water. Definitely a plus as most places only have cold outdoor showers.

Amazing Villa

If you are travelling to Pugia to enjoy its wonderful beaches, Villa Emma is an amazing place to stay. Near lots of beaches with crystal clear water. The villa was very clean, fully equipped, the communication with the owner was amazing! I would certainly recommend staying here. The only thing, you definitely need a car, as the shops are about 7 minute drive away

Semplicemente stupendo.

Per una vacanza rilassante con famiglia (anche con bimbi piccoli) è il posto ideale. La villa, a due passi dal mare, è accessoriata con ogni genere di comfort ed i proprietari vi accoglieranno con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza....speriamo di riuscire a tornarci ancora il prossimo anno!! 😊

Immerso nella natura

La villa si trova immersa nella natura a poche centinaia di metri dal mare. Qui si può trascorrere una splendida vacanza rilassante godendo di tutti confort e la città più vicina per fare spesa of ogni altra commissione si trova a pochi chilometri. L’accoglienza dei proprietari è stata squisita. Torneremo volentieri coi bambini a trascorrere una nuova vacanza in questo mare caraibico.

Relax e confort

Abbiamo scelto Villa Emma per la nostra vacanza in Salento. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, è estremamente pulita e comoda per l'accesso al mare. I proprietari sono accoglienti e molto disponibili. Ci hanno dato spiegazioni sulla zona e ci hanno aiutato concretamente a risolvere un problema a fine soggiorno. Nei dintorni di Villa Emma a pochi minuti di macchina sono ubicate le migliori spiagge della costa ionica del Salento. Consiglio questa casa vacanze a chiunque voglia trascorrere un periodo di relax in Salento. Saverio.

Appartamenti spaziosi e lussuosi

Una casa moderna con un giardino ben curato. Due appartamenti spaziosi e arredati lussuosi - l'uno con giardino, l'altro con balcone (da dove si vede il mare). La spiaggia libera è vicino, ma era sporca (maggio). Gli ospiti eranno molto gentile! Scritti informazioni veluminosi del tragitto, della casa, dei dintorni. L'unica svantaggio del arredamento: la distanza per fare la spesa. (C'è un buon supermercato à Avetrana, 10 chilometri).

Vacanza di sole, di mare e...di Salento!

Villa Emma, casa vacanza 6568225, Porto Cesareo L'esperienza a Villa Emma è stata straordinaria. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, grazie all'accoglienza dei Sig.ri Rosanna e Giovanni che in modo gentile e premuroso si sono accertati che tutto fosse esattamente come richiesto, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini di 9 e 7 anni, ed a volte non è sempre rilassante andare al mare. In nessuno dei giorni di soggiorno a Villa Emma abbiamo avuto questa difficoltà. Il mare dagli azzurri al verde intenso, la vicinanza con le strutture balneari, le numerose comodità che offre la casa, hanno reso questa settimana un periodo di vera vacanza per noi ed anche per i bambini che si sono divertiti tantissimo ed hanno portato con se dei ricordi eccezionali. Grazie mille Simona, abbiamo fatto veramente bene a scegliere Villa Emma per il nostro soggiorno in Salento. Torneremo sicuramente!

La descrizione fornita dalla proprietà corrisponde al vero fornita di ogni confort tanto da sentirsi come a casa struttura nuova e curata adatta a due famiglie vicina al mare e a soli 3 km dalla spiaggia caraibica di punta prosciutto il top della zona proprietario disponibile e accogliente sicuramente da riprovare se tornerò in Puglia

Favoloso villino fornito di ogni comfort

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Emma la seconda settimana di agosto ed è stata una vacanza splendida che ci ha fatto innamorare del Salento. L'appartamento è nuovo, luminoso e spazioso. Si trova in una posizione strategica, appena fuori dal centro di torre Lapillo e comodo a molte spiagge, tra cui la famosa punta prosciutto. Meravigliosa anche la spiaggia di torre lapillo che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Siamo inoltre rimaste colpite dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità dei padroni di casa che ci hanno dato veramente degli ottimi consigli. Questa vacanza ci ha inoltre regalato una sorpresa finale, nella spiaggia di fronte casa abbiamo infatti avuto il piacere di incontrare un salentino doc abituè di questa spiaggia...siete curiosi di sapere chi è?? Allora non vi resta che prenotare😉

Meravigliosa

È' stato un soggiorno meraviglioso ! Eravamo lì con una coppia di amici! La casa confortevole, dota tata di tutto, comanda per raggiungere dia destinazioni marine che posti da visitare.. Il Salento è' una perla dell'Italia e noi ne siamo rimasti affascinati, grazie anche ai consigli preziosi dei proprietari che hanno messo a disposizione tutta la loro conoscenza e cordialità per aiutarci a scoprire il meglio ! Ci ritorneremo !!!

Villa Emma: Two Thumbs Up!

We visited Villa Emma for 11 days in September and enjoyed the wonderful Salento coast with its sandy beaches and the clear, blue Ionian sea. Simona and her family were the perfect hosts: whenever we had a question or needed help we immediately got feedback and support. We really appreciated that! The appartement is well equipped with everything you need for relaxing holidays. There are even a parasol and two chairs ready to take to the beach which is a 5min walk away - very comfortable. As we both love to cook we were happy to find three local fish markets (pescheria) and several supermarkets in Torre Lapillo which is about 2km away from Villa Emma. We recommend to rent a car for shopping and further exploring the area. Greetings from Düsseldorf, Sandra & Mikes

Meraviglioso soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di agosto. In due con un bimbo di 22 mesi... Che dire di Villa Emma? Posto bellissimo.... Appartamento a piano terra molto spazioso e con una bellissima porta finestra che dava direttamente sul giardino con un comodissimo tavolo dove era un piacere fare le colazioni i pranzi e le cene.. Comodissima anche la doccia esterna. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia (soli 5 minuti a piedi).... Per non parlare poi della cordialità,gentilezza e disponibilità dei padroni di casa che piu volte hanno esaudito le nostre richieste e ci hanno "assistito " per tutta la durata del soggiorno in modo discreto e per nulla invadente..... È un soggiorno che consigliamo caldamente e speriamo di tornare anche l'anno prossimo!!

A Villa Emma dal 5 al 9 luglio Fam. Iannantuono

Villa bellissima appena ristrutturata a pochi passi dal mare, confortevole ed efficiente da tutti i punti di vista, è stato come essere a casa nostra. Massima pulizia, disponibilità e serietà dei proprietari. Ho soggiornato per 14 giorni presso villa Emma con la mia famiglia, in 4 io mia moglie e 2 bimbe gemelle di 6 anni, è stata una vacanza bellissima, mare cristallino sole e struttura di accoglienza ottimale per una famiglia con bambini che hanno potuto usufruire nei momenti di relax del meravigliosa giardino che circonda la casa al piano seminterrato. I proprietari sono fantastici in tutte le nostre vacanze non abbiamo mai trovato gente cosi cordiale e gentile sembra di conoscerli da anni, UNICI. Casa pulita, situata in un borgo molto tranquillo e accogliente, e rispondente a tutte le esigenze di una famiglia di 4-6 persone con bimbi al seguito. LA CONSIGLIAMO CALDAMENTE .......

Tutto perfetto

Villetta con 2 appartamenti, uno a piano terra ed uno al primo piano. Noi abbiamo soggiornate al piano terra e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa nuova, ben arredata e accessoriata di qualunque cosa ti possa servire. Il piano terra offre anche uno spazio esterno con posto auto, bbq, doccia, tavolo e sedie...che dire tutto perfetto! La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla e il mare è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La consiglio sicuramente!!!

Casa curatissima

Villetta con 2 appartamenti gemelli. Uno a piano terra ed un al piano primo. Noi siamo stati con amici, quindi avevamo affittato entrambi gli appartamenti. Soluzione migliore in quanto permette, anche a chi sta al piano superiore, di fruire senza indugi degli spazi al piano terra (vds cortile, bbq, etc). La casa è curatissima, appena ristrutturata e davvero molto confortevole. I proprietari sono persone squisite e molto disponibili. Unico neo, l'appartamento a piano terreno, complice la recente "apertura della stagione" e quindi della casa stessa, era piuttosto umido e gli ambienti avevano l'odore tipico dell'umidità.

Abitazione eccellente. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari. Spiaggia raggiungibili a piedi comodamente con comunque altre belle spiagge che si possono raggiungere in auto senza spostarsi troppo. A torre lapillo (5 min auto) tutti i servizi nel segno della migliore tradizione pugliese.

"Hello, We have enjoye...

"Hello, We have enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment was great and modern. The two bedrooms were nice and same counts for the two bathrooms. As usual in South Italy the warm water is supplied by a solar panel heated boiler, which means in May you''de better shower in the evening if you like a warm shower. The kitchen is excellent, it even contains a dishwasher. Also the appartment has a washing machine, which is great and handy if needed. The outdoor space with outdoor kitchen and shower is great. We have used the outdoor barbecue twice. We appreciated the parking on the property behind a closed fence and the alarm installation in the house. We were really pleased with the sandy beach just 400 meters from the appartment. Most of the times it was our private beach except for the weekends. We have also explored the Lecce province and enjoyed it''s variety in landscape as well as the ancient buildings. I would strongly advise you to visit Lecce city, Otranto, Taranto, Leuca and drive the coastal way from Otranto via Leuca to Porto Cesareo or vice versa. During our stay we have met the whole family, who are all very kind and helpfull. "

"L''appartamento a noi riservato, al piano terreno, è perfettamente conforme a quanto illustrato nell''annuncio. La villetta, situata in una zona molto tranquilla della zona e di facile accesso, si presenta ristrutturata come fosse nuova, è ampia e luminosa, dotata di ogni confort e accessori al di là di ogni ns. aspettativa. Ottima la pulizia e l''arredamento, molto curato nei dettagli particolarmente pratici e moderni.L''accoglienza dei proprietari è stata molto piacevole, calorosa ma discreta e ci ha messo subito a ns. agio. La spiaggia in prossimità della Villa si presenta quasi tutta attrezzata, con uno spazio libero estremamente ridotto. Abbiamo trovato la spiaggia di Punta Prosciutto, a meno di 10 min. d''auto dall''abitazione, molto più rispondente alle ns. esigenze. Mare ovunque stupendo."

"Villa Emma è una casa va...

"Villa Emma è una casa vacanze molto bella e silenziosa. Distante dal mare circa 300 mt. permette di raggiungere a piedi i bagni ben organizzati senza prendere l''auto, in una zona della Puglia in cui è necessario quasi sempre muoversi in auto. La casa rispecchia fedelmente l''annuncio su homelidays. I proprietari sono spelendidi padroni di casa, discreti ma presenti per dare informazioni turistiche e per assistere l''ospite per ogni necessità."
