Ligger nära havet (7 minuters promenad eller 2 minuters cykeltur), utanför den fjärde Tee Box på den nya Heron Point Golf Course, och tvärs över gatan till Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Fiske vid din bakdörr i lagunen (ja se till alligatorer!), privat puttinggreen och på plats Tennisbana! Parkering precis framför Villa så att ingen slår upp trappor eller väntar på hissar, och ingen ovanför dig. King Master Bedroom & Queen Bedroom på övervåningen med vardera privat badrum, 2 enkelsängar i sovrummet i nedre våningen med direkt tillgång till badet. Vardagsrumssoffan drar också in i en Queen size-säng om det behövs. Fantastisk rygg uteplats med ny grill & underbar utsikt kommer säkerligen att vara din favorit kaffe plats på morgonen och cocktail plats på kvällen.

Viktig information för andra hyresgäster i Sea Pines !!- Mycket begränsad tillgång och extremt begränsad parkering vid / nära stranden med många hyresfastigheter som kommer att kräva en vagnstur till stranden med begränsade timmar, platser och begränsad strandutrustning du kan ta på dessa vagnar. Linjer och väntar, körning till en parkeringsplats och parkering .... Sea Pines Beach Club begränsar hyresgäster till 50 parkeringsplatser per dag och dessa är borta före klockan 8 och partiet har deltagare för att begränsa tillgången. Plantation Club tvärs över gatan från beach club, parkering är inte tillåten under 2019 som tidigare år. Var försiktig när du väljer din semesteruthyrning.

David was a great host. Great view and location and my wife was happy with how well stocked the villa was. Would rate higher but furniture could use some updating.

Wonderful Home!!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. The view of the water and golf course when you walk in are stunning. Location is our favorite in Sea Pines. Quick walk to the beach and fun bike ride to all parts of Sea Pines. Appreciated the free tennis court and putting green right out front. Our son caught two fish from the pretty bridges behind the home. Home is impeccably clean. Loved the bathtub with water view. Plenty of room for our family. Thanks for a fun week!

Annual Family Vacation Head Trip

As always, we had a wonderful family vacation. The villa is well cared for and very clean. We noticed some nice updates this year! When you walk in the door you see the beautiful view of the lagoon and putting greens. The kids love seeing the fish jumping, alligators swimming or sunning, the beautiful birds flying or walking around. They even have binoculars to use. Great entertainment for any age! We love the convenience of the close walk to the beach, playing tennis in the courts or having our annual family putting challenge across the lagoon behind the villa. A great bonus is the availability to get in touch with the host if needed. They're quick to respond.

Recent Sea Pines stay

The property owner David was very attentive to any and all issues. From a location standpoint the condo was an easy bike ride to the beach, the beach club, harbor town and sea pines center. However the unit truly needs updated especially the beds and bathrooms - very uncomfortable beds.

Great vacation rental

Stayed with my family of 5 (wife and three teenage boys). Close to everything and plenty of space for all of us. Communication with David was fantastic (actually best I’ve ever had with any property owner through VRBO). Putting course was a hit. Tried fishing but only caught a few small fish. Two gators kept us entertained throughout the week. Definitely would rent this house again.

Wonderful time

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Out of all of the places we have stayed at HHI, this is the one we like the best! Location was perfect, communication with the owner was great, and the small things like the AC, hot water, and the grill was excellent!

Great summertime stay

My wife and I booked this location for our first ever 2 week vacation and we nailed it! What a great place. Everything listed about the property was spot on. The property owners were super responsive to a couple of quick questions we had. The walk to the beach was peaceful and quick and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting in the backyard watching the alligators watch us! The A/C unit was top notch, especially welcomed with the heat and humidity we had! Great time!

Great location, short ride to the beach. Master mattress is long overdue for an update and we could never get the TV in the bedroom to operate.

Return Customers

Our 2nd year at this place, although we have been coming to the island for about 15 years. Very clean and comfortable. Everything is very close by. Both the practice putting green and the ocean are short walks away. Harbour Town, plenty of restaurants and golf are within a 5 minute drive. We’re already planning next year’s trip.

Home Away from Home

This is our 2nd year renting and we will be back again next year. Such a great vacation spot. We park our car and bike ride easily everywhere. Harbor Town, Salty Dog, Mellow Mushroom, Lawton Stables, Cologne shops, even the grocery store. The walk to the beach is not far at all. Close also is the Beach Club. We use the putting greens daily even have a put-put challenge with little ones and adults. Added fishing this year from the bridge (catching 2, one small and one 15/18”). Also used the tennis court. If ever a rainy day the view of the pond through the huge windows is beautiful and relaxing. Seeing the fish jumping, alligators swimming or sunning and variety of birds. Had all we need inside and out. 😊 David is such a great Host. Accommodating and available if needed.

Fantastic HHI location!

My family (self, husband, 19yr old, 14 yr old) rented David’s Sea Pines villa for our first visit to HHI. We absolutely loved this rental and the location couldn’t be best! We loved being in Sea Pines and having access to everything there. The beach was a quick 7 minute walk from the house and was accessed by paved trails. It was so easy to get to the beach any time we wanted to explore. The villa was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I’m incredibly picky about vacation rentals and have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness. Our family has stayed in numerous rentals over the past 15 years and this is easily one of my favorites! I never felt grossed out or found anything negative about the rental. David was an excellent host and responded to all of my requests for information before and during our stay. Since we have older children, we like to rent places that provide each of us with our own sleeping/bathroom space. This villa was set up perfectly for our needs with three very comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. I would absolutely rent this villa from David again! You really can’t go wrong choosing this rental for your HHI vacation!

Awesome!!

The property was just like the pictures! We’ve been vacationing on HHI for the past 4 years. This is by far our favorite place to stay 😀 We’re hoping we’ll be able to stay here next year! Easy bike ride to the beach and great nature views from the back patio and large windows in the family room! The host, David, was super nice to work with and quick to respond to questions. Wonderful vacation!

Beautiful villa in Sea Pines! Had minor issue with cable service but Mr. Hall took care of it immediately. The villa was perfect for our family and fulfilled all of our needs! Excellent location and plenty of gator and other wildlife sightings! Would love to stay there again!

Beautiful Setting and a Walk From the Beach

Things we loved: Great panoramic view from the family room looking on a small pond occupied by alligators, egrets, herons, ducks, ospreys, red shouldered hawks, and others (more wildlife than we saw on a kayaking trip nearby). Very well equipped kitchen, including a natural gas BBQ grill on the rear patio, which we put to good use. Minutes from the beach. Minutes from anything you could possible want to do on HHI. Communicative host. We recommend and hope to be back.
