Villa Il Frantoio – Lilmar is a home with staff that will take care of guests daily. We will take care of our visitors starting with morning breakfast and daily room refreshment and caring during the day of guests at the pool. It is not a self-catering villa! We do not have a large kitchen where you can cook meals for all guests. Yet on request we can prepare meals to our clientele, offered by professional and expertise persons.
Villa Il Frantoio - Lilmar feature 8 rooms each with a special and unique character with private terraces overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean, picturesque Positano and legendary Capri. Homer’s famed isle of the Sirens (Sirenuse) also lies in what seems merely inches from your touch through your window. The architecture of the villa dates to the 17th century and all the romantic and dramatic details shine through today. The bed and breakfast’s private and common-space terraces are characterized by dramatic high arches and the sleeping chambers have domed roofs in the authentic style of this region. The original stone wheel and press have been kept fully intact in our grand suite as a tasteful centerpiece. Although every effort to restore it original charm and elegance have been employed, there are all the modern conveniences one would expect in a world class bed and breakfast establishment.

Villa Il Frantoio is perched on the cliffs of Praiano with breathtaking views over Positano and Capri admiring the most amazing Sunset of the Amalfi Coast. The villa is located in the most panoramic area of Praiano on the Amalfi Coast, only few minutes’ walk to down town .
The Villa Il Frantoio consists of two levels 8 Bedrooms, 8 Bathrooms, for a total of covered area of 300 sqm, and a garden plot of circa 350 meters, overlooking the sea and Positano bay.
To get to Villa Il Frantoio you must walk down about 70 stairs from the main road. We have 2 entrances.
The main gate is located on via Francesco Russo 36; our guests will pass through the well maintained gardens and by the jacuzzi outdoor tub and the pool (which is also heated during the cooler season). On this floor we have 2 rooms each with en-suite full bathroom with tub and individual garden. At the ground floor our guests will get access to villa Lilmar, our 2 bedrooms apartment with full kitchen and dining table, living room and 2 bathrooms. You get via external path to the main first floor that comprises 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom and all with individual private terrace with a breathtaking view. On first floor guests will find our bar and breakfast area where we serve buffet breakfast and drinks each morning to our guests.
The upper floor comprises 4 suites with en-suite bathroom and a single room with en-suite bathroom, all with balconies opening onto a long terrace.
This property has all the modern cons: swimming pool, telephone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, high-quality linen, satellite tv, hairdryer.
The villa can be rented by group of friends, families, honey-moon couples, and for those who wish to marry in a beautiful villa (extra cost will apply to organize events).
