Great holiday

Lovely relaxing place to stay just out of the town. Beautiful views over the sea to enjoy when we were eating outside. Great host .

Holidays at Giovanni's house

Everything was as we expected. Giovanni is a very friendly and helpfull person. We really enjoyed our stayed there. The views from the house on the see and town are marvelouse. I hope to visit Vieste again in the future.

Up on the hill

The host told us the house was at 8 min of walk from the beach. In the reality the house is on top of a hill and impossible to reach if not with a good SUV. There is a private very steep track in cement covered with landslide. We were not able to continue our vacation there.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Blick

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit nur 10 Gehminuten zum Strand mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und auf die Stadt Vieste. Das Haus ist gross genug ausreichend Platz für eine 5-köpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung ist bischen veraltet, aber es steht alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht. Giovanni ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und steht 24/7 zur Verfügung. An einem Abend hat er Pizza gebacken und alle Gäste eingeladen, was ein wunderschönes Erlebnis war. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir werden wieder kommen.

Mediterranes Paradies

Sehr schöne Lage in einem Olivenhain mit Meerblick. Eidechsen, Vögel und exotische Blumen inklusive. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet aber alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der Vermieter Giovanni ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend - er war immer verfügbar und hat uns sogar mit dem Auto beim Busbahnhof abgeholt und wieder dorthin zurückgebracht. Ansonsten waren wir zu Fuss unterwegs. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 20 Minuten, zum Strand nur 10 Minuten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns zuhause gefühlt. Gerne wieder 😊

Aussicht!!!

Das Haus hat eine einzigartige Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand und liegt in der Natur sehr abgeschieden. Das Haus war für 4 Personen optimal, ist sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet und für die Sauberkeit stehen Wischmopp und Besen bereit. Wir waren wohl die ersten Mieter in der Saison und haben erstmal Spinnweben und Staub entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, hilfreich und nett.

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage Die Anlage liegt erhöht über dem Meer inmitten eines Olivenhains.

Von unserem Ferienhaus aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Altstadt - von der Kirche bis zum Monolithen - mit Blick aufs Meer und wir konnten tolle Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer beobachten. Wir erhielten den Standort per Messenger von Eigentümer Giovanni, so dass wir die Anlage, die aus vier bis fünf gleichen Ferienhäusern plus Haus des Eigentümers besteht. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Es gibt Schlafzimmer, mit zwei Doppelbetten und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein weiteres Einzelbett stand im Wohnraum. In der Wand ist Platz als Wandschrank. Es hingen auf Bügel drin. Unser Zimmer hatte zwei Ventilatoren. Die Schlafzimmer hatten Moskitonetze in den Fenster, nur eines von uns war kaputt. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage ein neues eingesetzt. Leider waren wir da jedoch schon sehr zerstochen. Ich weiß nicht, ob es die Olivenbäume, der Oleander oder weitere Pflanzen Insekten anlockten, aber wir waren total zerstochen, auch mit sehr merkwürdigen Insektenstichen. Gift und Off halfen leider nicht. Vor dem Haus gab es einen Bananenstaude, Lavendel und Rosmarin. Es gab es ein Bad mit Dusche, Bidet, Waschbecken und Toilette mit drei Fenstersteinen mit Tageslicht sowie ein weiteres kleines Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken ohne Fenster. Es gab auch eine Außendusche hinter dem Haus. Unser Bett war durchgelegen, aber ok. Bettwäsche hatten wir eigene dabei. Es gab lediglich Kopfkissen und alles war mit einer Tagesdecke abgedeckt. Die Küche war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit sehr altem Gasherd mit Ofen, Spüle, Kühlschrank mt Gefrierschrank und Schrank. Es gab Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Kochlöffel, Pfannenwender, Flaschenöffner, Sieb. Also alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Eierbecher hatten wir selbst dabei. Im Wohnraum gab es in einem Schrank Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Schüsselchen. Ansonsten gab es ein Sofa und ein Tisch mit Plastiktischdecke. Vor dem Haus gab es einen Steingrill und ein großer und kleiner Plastiktisch mit ca. 6 oder 8- eigentlich bequemen - Plastikstühlen und einer Plastiktischdecke. Dann gab es einen Wäscheständer, aber hinterm Haus auch ein. Auf der Anlage gibt es zwei Waschmaschinen und auch Pulverwaschmittel. Giovanni ist ein super freundlicher, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir sprachen mit ihm französisch, das er sehr gut konnte. An einem Abend lud Giovanni alle Gäste zur im Steinofen selbstgerechten Pizza, Wein und Eintopf ein. Ein witziger Abend. Wir kauften bei ihm auch Öl.

Perfekte Lage, sehr netter Vermieter

Das Häuschen steht zusammen mit 7 ähnlichen Gebäuden in einem weitläufigen Olivenhain. Die Anfahrt innerhalb des Grundstückes ist etwas holprig, dafür ist die Lage absolut ruhig, mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und die Altstadt von Vieste. Der Stand ist über einen schönen Spazierweg in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren entgegen der Angaben nicht vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen.

Nice house with a view

The house is situated amongst olive trees on a height outside of town and has a nice view towards the sea and Vieste. Furniture is simple but functional. The host Giovanni made us immediately feel at home and invited us for Pizza made in his outside oven. There is a small direct path to the beach, approx 12 min by foot. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice summer house with a beautiful view

We spend very nice holidays in this house very close to the beach (15mn by foot). The view is fantastic. Giovanni is a very welcoming and friendly person. We recommend strongly this place.

Vista spettacolare e pace assoluta

La villetta del Signor Prencipe è su un promontorio appena fuori Vieste, in mezzo a ulivi e natura. In dieci minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lungomare, e dal cortile si vede invece tutta la baia (le albe sono stupende!). Siamo stati accolti calorosamente con vino, pizza e chiacchiere piacevoli, ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. La casa è semplice, niente fronzoli, con una comodissima doccia anche esterna e un barbecue per le grigliate. Alcuni dei materassi potrebbero essere un poco più rigidi, ma nel complesso il comfort è assicurato. Noi lo consigliamo vivamente!
