Villa Adriana is located in the Dalmatian place Sikovo, near Zadar.
It is 5 km away from the sea .
It is luxuriously furnished externally and internally, and its surroundings provide peace and quiet.
Here you can enjoy with your family and friends.
Villa Adriana offers accommodation for 12 people in 300 m2 and 3 000 m2 of yard.
On the first floor of the villa there is a large living room with kitchen, three bathrooms, four bedrooms, one of which is the master room.
Three rooms are equipped with a large double bed.
The fourth room is equipped with two single beds.
All rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning.
A view of nature and Lake Vrana is provided with three terraces and one balcony. Terraces and balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with all new and modern appliances and dishes.
Bathrooms have shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine.
There is a safe in the rooms for personal use.
On the second floor of Villa Adriana there are two mini-kitchens, two rooms with large double beds and two bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning.
The whole villa is equipped with nine air conditioners.
For the winter days we have provided central heating to enjoy the warmth of the villa and the winter days of Dalmatia.

In the courtyard of Villa Adriana next to the pool there is a summer kitchen.
It is equipped with a mini-kitchen, barbecue, wooden table and benches for 12 people.
The 10x5, 150 cm deep pool is equipped with:

- anti-current swimming
-hydro massage
- RGB led lighting
- a bench for sitting inside the pool

In addition to the pool you can enjoy 12 deck chairs, two swing baskets and a swing for adults.

The yard is fully fenced.
In the yard we offer four covered parking spaces located in a pine forest.
The villa is under video surveillance and there is a remote control door from the yard.
For the youngest we offer a trampoline and a swing.
In the garden of Villa Adriana you can pick and consume fruits and vegetables that we have grown ourselves.
You can try our wine, brandy and olive oil.

We also offer Dalmatian specialties for an extra charge.

Toller Aufenthalt in wunderbarer Villa

Es war überragend gut. Die Vermieter Milka und Mila haben einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen. Die Wohnungen sind toll, aber wir haben uns vor allem am Pool aufgehalten. Der Pool selbst ist super, aber auch das Poolhaus mit Grill und Kühlschrank sowie komplett eingerichteter Küche sowie den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist toll. Wir waren hu elft dort und alle (Kinder sowie Erwachsene) haben sich wohlgefühlt. Mile und Milka habeb uns mit einem Snack begrüßt und sogar einmal für uns gegrillt.

Urlaub im Paradies

Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub zu 10t. Wir haben die komplette Villa vom 26.03. bis 05.04.2024 gemietet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und willkommen, was vor allem an der herzlichen und warmen Art der Gastgeber Milka und Mile lag. Uns wurde jeder erdenkliche Wunsch erfüllt, sobald wir ihn aussprachen. Wir fühlten uns als Teil der Familie. Milka und Mile sind überaus herzliche Gastgeber, deren wichtigstes Augenmerk ist, dass ihre Gäste sich wohl und glücklich fühlen. Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Egal ob Villa, Zimmer, Pool, Poolhaus, nirgends blieben Wünsche offen. Wir können die Gastgeber von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub, den wir gern wieder bei ihnen verbringen wollen.

Alles Super!

Wir wurden von Anfang an, schon vor der eigentlichen Ankunft, herzlich aufgenommen und das hat sich über den ganzen Urlaub hinweg auch weiterhin so angefühlt. Das Haus, der Pool und das Gelände sind mega schön und idyllisch. Auch dass der Ort sich ein bisschen abseits vom ganzen Tourismustrubel befindet ist sehr gut, da man dann auch Ruhe finden kann. Man ist trotzdem innerhoah von kurzer Zeit in größeren Städten wie Biograd oder Zadar. Wir kommen gerne wieder und möchten nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön an Milka da lassen. Es war uns eine Freude.

Großartiger Ort für einen tollen Urlaub

Es ist ein großartiger Ort um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir waren 3 Familien (insgesamt 10 Personen) und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Mile und Milka sind wunderbare, sehr großzügige Gastgeber und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Wir haben das frisch aus dem Garten geerntete Gemüse und das Obst (sehr leckere Feigen!) direkt vom Baum genießen dürfen. Mile und Milka haben auch ein dalmatinisches Dinner für alle zubereitet und der Apfelkuchen im Anschluss wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Zum Haus, Pool und Garten selbst kann ich nur wiederholen, was die Bewertungen bisher schon sagten: es ist sehr großräumig, absolut sauber und sowohl der Innenbereich als auch der Aussenbereich sind toll ausgestattet - von der Kaffeemaschine bis zur Eiswürfelmaschine bis hin zu den wunderbaren Schaukelsesseln am Pool. Die Beschreibung der Villa im Inserat würde ich um ein kleines Detail ergänzen- es ist eine Villa mit zwei Wohnungszugängen, so dass nicht der gesamte Ferienhausbereich miteinander verbunden ist. Für uns spielte das keine Rolle, je nach Zusammensetzung der Reisegruppe bei mehreren Familien ist es aber vielleicht gut zu wissen. In jedem Fall können wir das Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen und allen Nachreisenden einen schönen, entspannten und luxuriösen Urlaub wünschen.

Naja Vermieterin war sehr unfreundlich

Die Vermieterin war zu uns Seher unfreundlich un schrie uns sogar an, außerdem kam sie einfach in die Ferienwonung und brülte uns an weil das Sofa leicht verutscht war und wengen anderen kleinichketen, sie kontrolierte uns Tag und Nacht, und teroriesirte mich weil sie mir ständig geschrieben hat was wir angeblich kaputt gemacht haben obwohl das nicht stimmt. Insgesamt auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.

Unique Villa/Lovely Hosts

This is a beautiful, modern and clean villa with a great pool and outdoor kitchen with a huge, brick-built wood-fired BBQ. What makes the place so special is the warmth and friendliness of the hosts Milka and Mila. The villa is surrounded by their fruit trees and vegetable plots from which the hosts are very happy to share. They also provide homemade olive oil, wine, brandy and other great stuff. A truly special place to take a holiday.

Einmalig! *****

Wir waren mit 3 Familien (10 Personen) in der Villa Adriana! Das Haus und die Pool Area entsprechen zu 100% der Beschreibung und sind "in Live" noch schöner! Das ganze Haus ist sehr luxeriös und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und bequem. Die Pool Area mit der der Sommerküche lässt ebenso keine Wünsche offen....die Eiswürfelmaschine ist der Hit!!! Die Liegen, Schaukelkörbe und die Erwachsenenschaukel unter dem Feigenbaum waren perfekt zum Chillen! Das ganze Grundstück steht voller schattenspendender Olivenbäume und Obstbäumen zur Selbstbedienung....Äpfel, Feigen. Nektarinen, Pflaumen, Aprikosen, Limetten, Granatäpfel...auch Tomaten, Paprika, Zwiebeln, Gurken und Kartoffeln...alles vor Ort! Ein Traum!!! Die Eigentümer Milka und Mile sind großartig! Sie halten sich im Hintergrund, aber kümmern sich sehr aufmerksam und herzlich um ihre Gäste! Mile hat für uns ein typisch dalmatinisches Essen gekocht...das hat fantastisch geschmeckt! Dazu gab es Wein und Schnaps aus eigener Herstellung! Fazit: Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen!!!

Slice of Paradise

This was our first trip to Croatia and couldn't be happier with the experience we had at Villa Adriana. The hosts, Mile and Milke, were incredibly helpful when booking their house. When we arrived it was better than we could imagine. The house looks brand new, the beds are comfortable and plenty of room to stretch out your weary feet at the end of a day exploring. The house has multiple balconies and you have a great view from all of them. Also, since we had 11-people in our group, we needed a large place and Villa Adriana gave us the room we needed. The pool was incredible....there were toys for the kids to play with and we even got into a competitive water volleyball match with the floating net they had. We couldn't be happier, until they offered to cook us some traditional Croatian dinners and share the wine and liqueurs that they make. What an incredible treat. Mile and Milke were so attentive to our needs, when we had some and were the best hosts that we had during our trip. Thank you so much for letting us be able to stay at Villa Adriana...If we make it back, we will come stay with you again.

Very nice Hosts, Super House!

We stayed here 2 weeks, it was a big group of 8 adults and 4 children. The House is beautiful, in a quiet neigborhood with plenty of space for our group of 12. The pool is very nice and offers lots of seating and shady areas. There was an assortment of toys and floating devices at the pool which the kids loved! The bedrooms in the house are spacious and very nice. Beds are very comfortable! The hosts are extremely friendly and very accomodating. They gave us multiple fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden. We also received home made olive oil and a variety of wines and schnapps that they make themselves. They were always there to help us when we needed it, and because of them we felt very welcome and comfortable in their vacation home. The house is located so that you can get to many sights and shopping quickly and easily. I would highly reccommend this house for your vacation!

Un super séjour!

Nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette villa et de leurs hôtes ! Nous sommes venus en famille avec 4 enfants et 7 adultes . Malgré le contexte sanitaire, Milka a su nous rassurer . La réservation n a posé aucun problème . Sur place , nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec beaucoup de générosité et de simplicité . Nous avons reçu des fruits, des légumes , de l huile d olive , du vin et même du schnaps . Tous ces bons produits proviennent du jardin de Milka et Mico . La villa est magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût , à la limite du luxe . Tous les équipements sont mis à disposition ( frigo, barbecue, machine à glaçons , lave vaisselle , lave linge … ) Tout était parfait ! Un grand , grand merci à Milka et Mico pour ce séjour ! Nous reviendrons !
