Golf trip

The property was very clean and updated. In ground pool (Awesome)!! Grocery stores and restaurants, Nearby. Suggestions would be to put TVs in bedrooms. Overall, a great place to stay would recommend !!

Wonderful stay. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood and has all that is needed to be comfortable. The pool was lovely, clean and refreshing. We would definitely book again.

Sarasota Home Rental

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The home was clean and spacious. The biggest reason for selecting this property was the pool which did not disappoint! The owner was quick to respond to inquiries.

Beautiful home in Sarasota

What a beautiful home in Sarasota within 10 minutes to Siesta Key beach. We loved everything about this home but especially the pool. This home is just as described, the beds are super comfortable and the shower in the main bedroom was lovely. Totally recommend this home, would definitely stay again. The communication with the host was great, they responded very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Place

Our family of 3 stayed for a week in mid-June. The communication with the hosts both before and during the trip was clear and prompt. The house itself was very clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pool and lanai are perfect! The location was central to our needs and the neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again!

Perfect home

My husband & I love this home. The location to our family is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked, making it so easy to host family meals, the pool area is the best for spending a relaxing day. The location in the cul-de-sac is family friendly. If you need the owners, they respond extremely fast.

The property was perfect for our needs/plans. The property owner was very good at communicating for check-in/check-out and questions. The location was perfect to easily access several beaches or simply to relax at the pool. The area has so many points of interest. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. Thankful for a fantastic week!

Fun Florida Getaway

Overall, the house was very clean, well furbished and had all the amenities needed to stay for a while. We had great fun playing in the pool and grilling outside with friends.

Centrally located

My husband & I along with our 4 children ages 5-11 stayed here for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & beach supplies! The pictures portrays the property accurately. Frank & Maria were wonderful, accommodating, & communicative! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

Spring Break 2024

Very nice home. It's a bit of a drive from the beach with the traffic but worth the drive. Definitely somewhere that I would stay again. Looks a little sketchy when you pull in off Honour but don't let that fool you as it is just a couple of houses. The rest of the neighborhood looks nice. It is quiet with friendly neighbors.

Convenient and clean 3 bedroom spot

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it. We come to Sarasota to attend an annual party and this house is clean and neat and in a great location. The manager kept in contact with us and the whole process went smoothly. The pool is an added plus.

Great stay!

The villa was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool / at the deck, our favourite place. Quiet neighborhood, lots of stores and restaurants are nearby. It was nice to have beach umbrella en beach chairs. Host was quick to respond to our questions.

July stay

Check-in and check-out process was very easy. The owners were very responsive to message via vrbo within minutes. The little one enjoyed the pool daily, it was well kept. We used the wagon for the beach and the beach chairs and coolers were easily accessible. Overall, it was a lovely stay for a family of 6. One thing that could use an upgrade is the mattress in one of the bedrooms (the one with white bed frames/white stands). It was too squeaky and slightly sunken in when laying on the right side of the bed. Otherwise our stay was great!

Everything we expected

Good location

-Location was great, fairly quick drive to Siesta Key and Crescent Beaches - Mad Fish Grill Restaurant is fairly close and has awesome food, we went 5 times. -Grandkids loved the pool. -. The house is a good size for the 6 of us. -We appreciated the wagon and beach umbrella. -One of the bathrooms has an awesome shower.

What you see is what you get

We absolutely LOVED this property. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms are good size and plenty of extra room. Loved the 2 car garage and so very quiet seeing where it was at the end of a cul de sac. The pool was so nice...the covering kept the bugs out and the temp was fabulous. We will be staying here every time we come to Sarasota.

Wonderful home, close to everything

We stayed in this home for six weeks. We especially enjoyed the pool and its proximity to to beaches, restaurants and the Sarasota lifestyle. We had a minor issue early in our stay that Frank took care of immediately. We were very pleased with his responsiveness. We recommend this home highly.

1st visit

Nice house very clean. Wish it had more than one television especially with kids. The pool was nice kids enjoyed. The check in times were confusing one email we received said 3 another said 4 and that someone would meet us there. We had to call at 4:15 for someone to let us in. but, besides that it was a great stay.
