The cottage is very well appointed, warm, quiet, private, excelent location and central to access Loch Tay, Glen Lyon, Loch Tummel, Pitlochery, Abereldy, etc.
Cottage is amazing and Annie was so accommodating! The arrival to an overwhelming basket was such a pleasant surprise! The cottage is very rural so plan accordingly. We enjoyed some relaxing home cooked meals and a great visit to the butcher for supplies. Definitely a place to go
The property was perfect so well equipped and very comfortable. We were surprised with a welcome hamper of goodies. The beds were really comfy so we sleeps really well. My dogs enjoyed the garden and lovely walks in the area. The cottage is located in a quiet but beautiful glen but within easy reach of Abefeldy or Kenmore for essentials and sight seeing. We had a fabulous holiday and will book this cottage again for another relaxing time in beautiful Scotland
Fabulous! The cottage is more than a fairy tale because it is real. It is just as described, if not better. Annie has made it a home from home, with everything you need to relax and have the perfect stay. The cottage is as beautiful as the surrounding countryside. Annie herself is a wonderful host - communication was swift but never intrusive, helpful, with great recommendations & suggestions of things to do. We will definitely return. Thank you so much Annie and Vrbo.
If it was possible to give 6 stars I would!
The cottage is gorgeous in a stunning location, it’s impossible for the pictures to do it justice.
Cottage has everything you need and the host really has thought of everything,
Communication could not have been better, host giving lots of hints and tips for things to do and places to see. We holiday in Scotland every year and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed!!!
The cottage is idealic, looks like a picture on a chocolate box and very tastefully decorated inside while still cozy and comfortable. Great space for a family and we had our dog too so the enclosed garden is ideal, at the front stunning views across the Glen. Fabulous welcome pack greeted us inc a bottle of fizz! Annie was in touch regularly and very friendly. Would love to return and highly recommend. Weather was awesome and we swam regularly in loch Tay and the river Lyon.
We had a wonderful few days here. The cottage is lovely equipped with practically everything you would need for a short break. Close enough drive for some nice waterfall walks, Birks of Aberfeldy was spectacular because of all the rain we'd had. We had a lovely daytime meal out at the Inn on the Tay, the food was delicious. Was lovely to go home every evening and light a fire.
Beautiful cottage set in idyllic surroundings for peace and quiet.
Very efficient and quick booking process. Cottage is very clean and beautifully decorated. We stopped 4nights and was perfect if you want to go sightseeing or walking during the day or if you just want to chill and do nothing also..fabulous wildlife around we had at the end of the garden some deer and pheasants passing by. A lovely welcome pack greeted us with a warm welcome from Annie. We got some ideas of where to eat and visit and we have to say it was perfect.
