Great time

I stayed for a week in early November. Excellent location. Loved the room and enjoyed the maid service. All staff were wonderful. Ate a the restaurant a handful of times and I recommend it as well.

Wonderful location in Monti. It is a lively area but I didn't find it overly loud too late. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. I appreciated the cleaning service during the day. The restaurant below was nice as well and the discount didn't hurt. Thank you!

Stylish and Modern

Absolutely perfect VRBO accommodation and location was central and quiet. Ate at restaurant downstairs both nights, amazing. I would highly recommend this place!!

Property was very conveniently located. Host was very friendly. Lighting in the room is poor even during the day. Bathroom was very small and I felt amenities were very limited. I felt the biggest pet peeve was the noise. I'm a light sleeper so the garbage truck driving every morning was a nuisance, and as we are right outside a strip of restaurants, you can hear people talking at night.

Fantastic

A/C stayed on while not in the unit which made sleeping wonderful. Also get discount at restaurant below. Restaurant was delicious especially when we first arrived absolutely exhausted.

The room was cute and clean, and I loved having access to the peaceful terrace, a quiet escape within the bustle of the city. The neighborhood is excellent, a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum but with not as many tourists as you would expect so close to a tourist hotspot. Angelo and the staff at the Urbana47 restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Can't recommend enough!!

Quick visit to Rome

Clean and modern decor. Friendly and helpful hosts. Walkable to many locations & easy to take the train to the Vatican. We'd stay here again.

Fantastic and very convenient location in City. Unit itself was dark, uncomfortable bed and bedding (pilling sheets) and lacked amenities (shampoo, fridge (had super micro fridge that only fit 2 small water bottles), no coffee pot, wine glasses

Super cute room and neighborhood

This was an amazing place to stay!! It's such a cute, quaint room. The room is right above the restaurant, I recommend going there too! It's also a great location. The neighborhood is very nice, it's got a lot of restaurants right on the street, and you can walk to some of the historical sites. Ezio was also super helpful. Checking in and out was smooth, he promptly responded to my messages. Be prepared that the fridge in the room is tiny, only a few waters fit in there. Next time I'm in Rome, I'm staying there again! I highly recommend staying here!

Bien placé, calme et confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. On donnait sur cour donc c'était très calme alors que la rue peut être bruyante le soir et avec les véhicules. C'est idéalement situé, on ne manque de rien à l'intérieur, confortable, joliment décoré et tout fonctionne! La salle de bain est un peu petite mais reste fonctionnelle. Nous le recommandons vivement!

Great host and location

A laid back neighborhood street in Monti with several funky stores and good restaurants, including the wonderful Urbana 47 bistro right below the apartment, both of which are owned by our wonderful host Angelo. This neighborhood is as conveniently located in relation to the places the typical tourist would like to visit in Rome as you might expect. Less touristy than Trastevere, with some of the same advantages. The setup isn't that different from a hotel room, which isn't a disadvantage if you know that ahead of time. There are certain advantages as well, such as the unexpected daily room service!

Nice Urban Rome Stay

We had a great experience here, met with Marco to get us set up with the place, he made it very easy for us. Very convenient being above a well established restaurant and bar. Great walking distance to many attractions. Felt hip and new, in contrast to the history of Rome. Thanks again!

Perfect Honeymoon Stay

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to begin our honeymoon trip! The location couldn’t have been more picturesque and centrally located without feeling like a tourist trap! A fairly easy walk to the Colosseum and a very short walk to the nearest hop-on-hop-off bus stop. The room itself was beautiful, spacious & modern. We loved the shared courtyard as well! Easy communication and even provided housekeeping which was an added surprise! We didn’t have time as we had a very short stay but the attached restaurant looked delicious and guests even get a discount at the restaurant! Overall, it was an incredible stay and we’d love to come back!

Great location!

Accommodations were very clean and comfy. Location was above a restaurant with great food and so convenient to have an afternoon drink. Walking distance to train station and almost any landmark you want to see.

Very cute stay!

It’s always a gamble reserving private stays abroad internationally especially when we are hoping for air conditioning in an ancient city but this stay did not disappoint! It was such a cute inn above a very trendy Italian restaurant. Food was great there as an extra perk! Angelo and his family were very welcoming as they have a role in the inn/restaurant. Highly recommend!!!!

Hip room in a hip neighborhood

Excellent location in an up and coning neighborhood, Monti, which is convenient walking distance to many sites. Check in was a breeze and all communications were clear and timely. Pleasantly surprised to have daily cleaning included. The meal I had at the restaurant downstairs was excellent too. Be aware there is some street noise since it is a busy area, the mini fridge is really mini, and the lighting is a bit dum.. but I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, quiet room

Check-in was smooth, the owner and his son were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and rather quiet from the streets outside. The bed was so comfortable and firm, the way I like it. The AC worked well. The only things I would suggest improving are the towels - if they could be replaced daily and the toilet paper needs to be brought in - we ran out. The bathroom sink is tiny - very hard to deal with, and the shower is tight. Had a great stay! Thank you!!!

Ideal location and a comfortable, cool property.

Such a cool and uniquely decorated property. The location is about a 15 min walk from all the major attractions and is in such a cool part of the city with a hip vibe. The property was super secure with two door requiring passcodes and a convenient key card entry for the room. The room had a comfortable bed, mini fridge and black-out curtains. Our host was incredibly welcoming and will definitely be searching out this property for our next stay in Rome.
