A wonderful, listed property which dates back to 1299, has just undergone its recent (and first ever) renovation. An authentic testimony to centuries of farming history, mixed with modern luxury. Located 1.300m above sea level, the chalet offers unique views over the Dolomites and Pustertal Valley. Not far from the lively town San Candido and minutes away from the ski resorts Thurnthaler and Helm. Unique experience: Living in a 200m2 chalet that tells stories, all available exclusively for you:
The chalet sleeps 10 people; has five bedrooms, all with old original wood-paneling; four bedrooms are en-suite. Balconies surround the house; veranda with panoramic views.

FLOOR ONE:
Room 1+2: en-suite with double bed
Room 3: en-suite; can be set as a double bed or 2 x single beds
Room 4: bulk bed; ideal for 2 x kids (has to share a bathroom with any of the en-suites, one of them has two doors so that bathroom can also be accessed from the hall)
Room 5/ OR Lounge: this room can either be set up as a second lounge or into a bedroom with 2 x single beds.

Johanna grew up herself on a farm in San Candido/ Innichen, a nearby village, and is now excited to be able to share her knowledge and insight of that way of living with people who stay at MESH.
