Porta la tua barca e / o moto d'acqua e arriva fino a questa casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni sul fiume Colorado. Abbiamo un molo privato e 2 pontili per moto d'acqua e una vasca per il nuoto. Alloggerai in una casa di tre camere da letto recentemente ristrutturata con due letti king size, un letto matrimoniale e una doppia. Cucina spaziosa, viste incredibili, non c'è niente di meglio di questo. Harry pigro e la rampa della barca sono a poche porte di distanza. Gli animali domestici sono ammessi per $ 50 ad animale / per soggiorno. La casa è impostata per 7 occupanti. Se ne hai più di 7 in qualsiasi momento, costa $ 50 a notte a persona, fino a 10 persone. Dovrai portare la biancheria da letto per le persone extra. Assolutamente niente feste !! Abbiamo un inquilino sotto casa che è lì solo due giorni alla settimana per lavoro. Il dock e il cortile sono i tuoi spazi, non sono spazi condivisi. Molto probabilmente non vedrai nemmeno il nostro inquilino.

Good time

We had great time staying here. The view is amazing and the river was fun for the whole family. There's a nice area to float and swim. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

River view home

Very nicely decorated, very clean, great view. There is a tenant below we didn’t know about. But he is quiet and barely saw him. Very kind and helpful when we saw him outside. The only negative was the water level changes abruptly and can leave your boat in the mud. The accommodations were very nice though.and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vibe

Thank you so much Caleb for making sure our families stay was perfect! Walking in the front door it felt like home, everything was set up to make your stay perfect. The kitchen was set up from two to seven people. The view in the patio was wonderful and so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and my husband wants the name of the mattress since we forgot to check. The neighbors on the left ( close to the boat launch) were so nice. The gentleman Billy who is living in the unit below was so nice to talk to and never came in our area unless we asked. we definitely will stay again because it was a perfect fit for our family.

River getaway

Upon entering the house it was cool and clean. After going through we noticed a lot of dead gnats that I had to clean up. They were EVERYWHERE ! Then we noticed the downstairs grass was covered with dog feces and it was high . We wanted to sit down there but we were not able to reach anyone to come and clean it. Access to the water required you to walk down a flight of stairs. The water did not seem clean so we just skipped it.

Very Comfortable and Relaxing property!

The home was very comfortable and accommodating. Great location on the River with great sunset views. Lazy Harry’s was a short walk but far enough you could not hear any music from the house patio. Would definitely return for another stay!

Awesome Home!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house has such peaceful and amazing views of the river! It was so great to use the deck for our boat, and cruise down to AVI or Laughlin. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

MUST STAY!!!

My husband and I booked this property with ease, and had such an amazing time we continued to stay two additional nights! Caleb was awesome during our stay, he was very responsive and exceeded every request. The house is so spacious and clean, sits right on the water with jetski dock, so convenient. There’s a wonderful closed in yard we enjoyed with our dog and a swimming cove right in front which is rare. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable and the master shower is heaven. The dinning room pool table is so neat and fun addition! If you need to launch you’re so close to the boat ramp you can walk there. Wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Thank you so much, Caleb!!

I cant say enough about this location. was absolutely perfect for our spring break. The access on the water was even better then we expected. Great house!

Loved this house! Very comfortable for a casual getaway. The windows in the front room gave us a beautiful view all day. The house has loungers inside that face the windows so you can just relax and watch people on the river. Also the dining table can be made to be a pool table which we loved! Would definitely stay here again!

Fun River Trip

Very peaceful and quiet house

We really enjoyed our stay, this house is so quiet and very comfortable . The deck was the best, we spent a lot of time there, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening, watching the sun go down. Caleb was very helpful and prompt in addressing any concerns we had. We would definitely come back to this house.

June River Trip

Hidden Gem

Absolutely amazing property right on the river. Spascious living quarters with everything you need at your finger tips. Close enough to shopping (Walmart, Safeway, etc.) so you can get food and supplies. Also about a 10-15 min drive to Laughlin Strip. Lots of hiking and day trips close by. Owners are wonderful and very accommodating!

Spring Break with 3 teens

Property is exactly as described. Wonderful location on the river. Enjoyed early coffee on the patio which was peaceful and relaxing. Loved being able to get the same view inside from the recliners when it got to hot and sunny on the deck. Plenty for all to do. Loved it so much we'll likely be going back this fall for a couple of weeks! Caleb was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we had which was greatly appreciated.

Loved it

This property had everything we needed for a small family vacation. Views were outstanding and perfect for relaxation. Communication with Caleb was excellent and he was very accommodating to our last minute changes. Only downside was that the river was still freezing. Didn't stop the boys from jumping in though.

Wonderful

The location isbperfect...just be aware of the river levels. If you are a new river visitor you may not be aware that the river is very low in the mornings and does not get to a point of putting jet skis in until late afternoon. This has nothing to do with the rental just a heads in case you plan on trying to keep skis at the house overnight. It will be low in the morning and you will not be able to getboutbtil late afternoon. We had a great stay.... will stay again.

Nice stay, couple notes

Beautiful house, very clean. Less than desirable neighborhood. Lazy Harry’s is not open and boarded up and it’s parking lot seems to be the local homeless drinking spot. My children and dogs loved the water and swimming access! View from the upper patio is beautiful. Bring extra toilet paper as only 2 rolls were supplied. BBQ propane ran out mid way through cooking and no combination was given for the spare tank. Overall I would stay here again! Property owner answered all phone calls promptly. House is very nice, view is beautiful, and the water access was wonderful!

This property is amazing! Incredible river views at one of the widest parts of the river. 60' of river frontage. A boat dock and 2 ski jet-ski docks AND a swimming area.
There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Our cleaners are COVID certified to provide an ultra clean rental for your stay.
