About this property
Pool and sea view villa | Neapoli Villas
Great fully furnished and equipped villa for unique holidays in Peloponnese. The villa consists of three level. The first level offers a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room opens to a private patio and the beautiful landscaped garden and swimming pool.
The main living room, dining area and the open plan kitchen are on the middle level, along with a bathroom. A spacious, internal mezzanine that overlooks the living room serves as a second bedroom.
On the southeastern shore of the Laconian Gulf, 115 kilometers from the prefectural capital of Sparta, is the seaside town of Neapoli. The most southern town of mainland Greece is located on the Voiai ancient city, in a calm and wind sheltered bay. Behind Neapoli one can see the Crithina mountain culminating in Cape Maleas.
While its maritime tradition is still much in evidence, Neapoli has also grown to become a popular holiday destination with its clean beaches, a variety of cafes and bars and restaurants specializing in seafood including the local specialty grilled octopus.
Villages that have retained much of their original character are spread out around the surrounding mountainsides with spectacular views of the sea.
The region is an ideal destination for family holidays offering a diversity of activities; unique beaches such as Varko, Pounta and Pavlopetri, cultural and historical experiences such as the Kastania Cave, the Petrified Forest or the Monemvassia Castle as well as the wetland of Stroggili lake and the 5 millenniums sunken city. For climbing lovers there is the well-known Cape Maleas Climbing Park and for those who prefer excursions Elafonisos and Kythera island are a top selection.
There are many places worth your visit, spread in a short distance in the surrounding area; beautiful villages, stunning Byzantine chappels, magnificent small ports, biotopes which gather rare species of birds and plants, all creating a relaxing environment in which the past interacts with present in a truly unique way.
