Con amplias zonas de estar con vistas a la hermosa piscina y jardines privados, Villa Mundo Vista es el refugio perfecto para un tranquilo y relajante vacaciones en familia.
Totalmente climatizado, la villa consta de una sala de estar, comedor, cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas nueva equipada, tres habitaciones (una habitación doble y una habitación con dos camas) en una sola planta con baño completo y un dormitorio doble separado con en- cuarto de baño en la planta baja.

Una zona de barbacoa con mesas y sillas para comer al aire libre se encuentra justo al lado de las zonas de estar / cocina.
Wifi y televisión vía satélite con canales británicos está disponible.

Villa Mundo Vista está en una ubicación perfecta, al tiempo de paz y tranquilidad, que se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie de los restaurantes y bares de la zona.

Lovely house and pool

Beautiful location and we enjoyed the sunsets from top of house and the pool and hot tub. Many beautiful outdoor spaces - we didn’t have time to enjoy them all. We toured Algarve area and loved it. Easy house to stay in. Responsive owner. Great restaurant around the corner. Hortas- don’t miss it.

We will be back….

We don’t give out 5 star ratings too often but this is one of those times. The property was well maintained, the manager very responsive, and its location was quiet and secluded while still allowing us access to our activities like the Benagil caves and boat tour in Lagos (we had a rental car). And the pool was the cherry on top which we took significant advantage of, along with the great views. Given how relaxed we were at this property, we may come back to Faro just so we can stay here again.

A true gem of a villa

Our stay was perfect, so much so we booked for the following year before we departed! The villa is beautiful inside and out, with a real homely feel which was ideal for our family. Alan was brilliant at communication and the house keeper was really kind and helpful too. The local town has a lovely ambience with great options for restaurants to suit all and plenty of super/mini markets within a couple of minutes drive. We ventured to other local towns/beaches but honestly couldn’t wait to get back to the villa each time. It really is special. Thank you

Stunning Villa in a beautiful and tranquil location

We spent 11 blissfull days at Villa Mundo Vista. The Villa is immaculate and the views are spectacular, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful this Villa and it's surroundings are. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, and cheap! We ate at Restaurant Horte and Luis Dos Frangos most nights and the food was not only delicious but excellent value! Tavira and Faro are both worth a visit. We had the most amazing time on the 4 Islands Boat Trip from Faro, my 14 year old son even got to drive the boat! I have no hesitation in recommending the Villa. We will be back for two weeks next year. We'd stay longer if we could!

A very spacious, relaxing villa with fantastic views. Newly modernised and excellent amenities.

Lovely location, a little hard to find but Alan has since updated google maps. A very peaceful beautifully decorated property with an amazing housekeeper ( Madelena ). The views are amazing, the pool is a good size and can be illuminated at night. The facilities are excellent and modern. We would recommend a visit to the Hotra restaurant ( 5 mins walk ) where the standard of food is superb and was unbelievably cheap!! ( 60 Euros for 4 adults including wine sangria and beers, oh and a couple of Large Scotchs lol ). The supermarket is less than 5 mins by car and has everything you may need. There are a variety of restaurants in town, but we found Hotra the best for an informal relaxing meal. If you are after a nice relaxing break or want to explore the algarve without being in the huddle and bustle, this is the place for you! My only regret is I can't get back there soon enough and already enquiried when this wonderful Villa is next available. Thank you Alan and of course the fantastic Madelena for making our stay everything we hoped for and more! See you soon Tom & Sarah Docherty from Surrey

Magical Stay

It would be hard to put into words how perfect this villa is in every way. I would give it a 5 star review on the linens alone! But everything else: oh my. Perfection. We are fortunate to stay in vacation rentals multiple times a year and have had many fabulous experiences. This place though sets a new bar. Although this was our first trip to Portugal, it was difficult to pull ourselves away from the pool to go sightseeing! Living in the Pacific Northwest, I spend a lot of time obsessing about vacations where I can swim and this pool was such a treat. We couldn't have been more comfortable with the poolside furniture, bath, frig (which we didn't use) and wifi. It was so easy to spend the entire day outside. Multiple terraces, each with a spectacular view. Gorgeous gardens and landscaping. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Fully stocked kitchen. All of it. Madelena was wonderful. This was the cleanest place we've ever stayed. Alan makes it easy to communicate with him and it is evident that this is a much loved family home and that he truly cares about his guests' experience. Kudos Madelena and Alan. We will not forget our week in the Algarve. Thank you for everything.

Très jolie propriété les photos de l'annonce correspondent avec la villa. À noter,pour le tarif, il n'y a aucun couteau à viande, barbecue à gaz non disponible, pas de saladier et une cafetière un peu "old school".nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Vacances reussies

La maison est fidèle aux photos C'est un endroit magnifique en pleine nature. Les pièces intérieures ne sont pas immenses mais il y a beaucoup de petits et grands espaces extérieurs pour permettre à tous de vivre ensemble sans se marcher dessus. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers qui peuvent être un frein pour les enfants ou les personnes en moins bonne santé mais tout est sur les photos donc pas de surprise à l'arrivée. Et la piscine est un vrai régal

Glorious & beautiful

This villa once you find it is amazing. The pool area is fantastic and is great during day and for a late night swim. My kids loved the outdoor space for hide & seek. Madeline was very helpful when we had a little query. My kids loved the comfy beds!! Would return to this villa.

Villa exceptionnelle / Beautiful villa

Villa tres agreable et tres tranquille, tres propre et en excellent etat. Les espaces interieurs et exterieurs (jardin, terrrasses, piscine,...) sont tres bien entretenus et bien renoves. Un grand merci a Madalena pour son sympathique accueil et sa disponibilite. Villa in a very calm and beautiful setting, very clean and in excellent state. Exterior grounds (garden, terrace(s), pool, poolhouse, ..) were renovated recently and are very well maintained. A big thank you also to the housekeeper Madalena for her friendly reception and availability.

Fabulous Villa

We booked this Villa at very short notice, due to the ever changing Covid travel restrictions. What a find. Absolutely spotlessly clean. A real home from home. Certainly got my daily steps in , walking from the pool up to the villa. Alan is very responsive to emails , and Madeline the housekeeper, is such a lovely lady. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views!

This is a beautiful villa with extensive grounds that are well maintained. The views from all of the terraces are quite magnificent, and there are plenty! The villa itself is extremely well equipped with every mod-con available to make for a comfortable, stress free stay. But if we had to single something out for a special mention it would be the pool area. It is very generous in size and deep enough at the deep end to dive into, it was difficult at times to get our two grandchildren out of it! There are two eating areas around the pool as well as the sunbeds and pool area shower and toilet. The barbecue area on the evening was well used and the grounds when lit up on the evening were just stunning! Local amenities, shops and restaurants are close by. The grandchildren are already asking when we can go back! All in all it was a fantastic holiday and we really do hope to be back. Thank you Alan (owner) and Madeline (housekeeper).

Moradia excelente com piscina fantástica

Passamos umas excelentes férias nesta moradia. A casa está muito bem equipada e o exterior tem muitos recantos e locais para relaxar ou desfrutar da paisagem. A piscina é maravilhosa e tem até uma zona mais baixa para os mais pequenos. A D. Madalena recebeu-nos com muita simpatia e deu-nos todas as informações necessárias. Muito obrigada pela excelente estadia!

Beautiful villa with excellent outdoor areas

The villa is a real gem, especially the ourdoor areas are impressive with multiple locations for both eating, having a drink and enjoying the sun and the pool. The villa also features a great view over the valley. The location is an excellence base for exploring different sights on the Algarve cost and we also found great restaurants in the local area.

Beautiful villa

What a stunning place this is. The Villa is very modern and has everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing stay. The pool area, in particular, is a fabulous space, but then so is the roof terrace and the patio area! Can't wait to return. The photos do not do the villa justice.

Wonderfull villa and place for holidays

Wonderfull holidays on this stunning villa place on a beautifull place with a stunning view on countryside, but with all necessary at only 5 minutes! The pool is big and it has 3 children areas very good thinking. All necessary : bath and hand towels as well as bed sheets are included, and homecleaned one time per week included. Restaurants, butcher, supermarket at 5 minutes. The nearest beach is at only 20 minutes by car ! Wi-Fi, Netflix and so on is included too. It has 2 TV and 2 bathrooms. It is a very very well arranged very well thought out and super beautiful villa. Alan, the owner answers quicly at every demand. the house has air conditioning. All the garden has been beautifully redecorated by a landscraper. For my next vacation if I return to Portugal, I do not plan to go elsewhere than in Alan s villa mundo visa. Thank you Alan for all.

The location is very quiet and convenient to visit the region. The exteriors of the villa are amazing, but the kitchen and its supplies could use a little update. We had a very good time there!

Feeling like home

In summary it was a great vacation at a great location and strongly recommend it to all who wants to feel "like home". Alan is a great host and thought about a lot of details when it comes to the decoration, house; garden and the great poil design. Madeleine the house manager is the good soul of the villa. Both of them are very helpful. Especially in Covid-19 times where social distancing is a key you wont miss anything staying at Alans great property. I

Nothing Short of Paradise

We've just had the most incredible 9 days here. The villa exceeded all of our expectations and we were very sad to leave. We're already planning a return visit, which should tell you all you need to know! Beautiful pool area, loads of outdoor spaces and very well appointed inside. Have just arrived home in cold and cloudy Scotland and will certainly miss our sundowners on the roof tonight! Big thanks to Madeline for looking after us and to Alan for letting us stay in his beautiful villa!
