Craving a refreshing swim, even in cooler months? Or maybe you're an early riser who prefers a shiver-free dip?

Experience the luxury of a heated pool and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of your private pool at your ideal temperature for €50 per day.

Contact us to add this to your rental, by kindly note we need at least 7 days' notice before arrival to ensure we will have the pool at that optimum temperature for you.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that the primary guest be 30 years or older and stay with us throughout the booking. They'll also be our point of contact for the group during your time here. We really want to avoid any misunderstandings, so we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests. In the rare case of a significant issue, we may need to ask the group to leave, but we're sure we won't have any problems!

We hope you're ready to unwind and enjoy your time here! To help everyone relax, we ask that you be mindful of noise levels, especially since we're in a quiet residential area. Please no amplified or live music. And since we're all about a good night's sleep, we ask that outdoor activities be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Our team is here to help, and if we get noise complaints, we'll give you a friendly reminder to turn it down. We'd hate to have to ask anyone to leave, so let's work together to keep things peaceful. Please also note that local laws may impose fines for noise complaints.
